Iyadh et Malek ont été adorables tout au long de mon séjour. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillis avec un accompagnement complet pour la découverte du logement. Le logement est très propre et parfaitement situé au sein de Tunis. Il se situe dans un endroit calme mais permet d'aller où on veut dans Tunis très rapidement. La bienveillance et la disponibilité dont ils ont fait preuve rend le séjour très agréable à vivre. Les conseils qu'ils peuvent prodiguer permet d'organiser au mieux la découverte de la ville Je ne peux que conseiller le logement.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et bien équipé. La communication avec Bilel a été fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente.

تجربة إقامة رائعة في تونس! 🇹🇳✨ أقمنا في هذا المسكن وكانت التجربة أكثر من رائعة! 🌿💛 كل شيء كان مثاليًا – من النظافة إلى الراحة، وحتى التفاصيل الصغيرة كانت مدروسة بعناية. 🛏️ الغرف و دورة المياه نظيفة جداً ومجهزة بكل ما نحتاجه، مع لمسات جميلة تعكس حسن الضيافة. 🤝 الاستقبال كان ودودًا جدًا، والاهتمام بكل التفاصيل جعلنا نشعر كأننا في بيتنا!

Tolle Wohnung in einem schönen Viertel. Der Gastgeber spricht arabisch und französisch. Er hat einen Freund mitgebracht, der englisch kann und im weiteren hat der Bruder uns umgehend unterstützt, der sehr gut deutsch spricht - echt Spitze! Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Tiefgaragenplatz, der für unsere Autos zu niedrig war (geschätzt ca. 2 m Höhe) und über einen Stellplatz im Innenhof. Der Stellplatz im Innenhof ist durch ein Gittertor von der Straße zugänglich (nach einer Funkfernbedienung fragen, welche wir bekommen haben). Auch für das zweite Auto wurde in der Umgebung eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. Ein Zimmer mit Couch verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit WC was für uns super war, da wir als Familie mit einem Freund unterwegs waren, der so quasi einen separaten Bereich hatte. Die in der Beschreibung angeführten Handtücher haben gefehlt. Hatten eigene - wenn wir gefragt hätten, hätten wir sicher welche bekommen. Achtung - fragt nach der genauen Adresse. Der Link auf Maps ist falsch!

My parents stayed at this lovely apartment and absolutely loved it. The space is cozy, clean, and beautifully put together, perfect for a relaxing stay. Seif was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended

Atef was a great host, very responsive. The apartment was comfortable and I felt safe at all hours. The location was very convenient for the activities that I had planned and was on just off of the main street where the public bus runs.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with a patterned coverlet, complemented by a cozy blue couch. A small dining table with wooden chairs and an open wardrobe are also present. Natural light filters through a window with a grid pattern, brightening the room.

Non seulement la villa de Nadine et Arnaud se trouve dans un quartier de la Marsa , trés calme qui offre beaucoup de possibilités ( le centre ville de La Marsa ainsi que la plage sont rapidement accessibles) . Les marchands et restaurants du quartier sont très gentils et offrent tout ce dont on a besoin. Mais surtout Nadine et Arnaud sont des gens absolument charmants , qui déploient beaucoup d'efforts pour que leur hôte se sente chez eux rapidement comme chez lui et qu'il passe un agréable séjour . Leurs 3 enfants apportent beaucoup de vie et de joie dans la maison tout en restant très respectueux et polis . Pour résumer mon séjour de 3 semaines est passé comme un éclair et je ne peux que recommander la chambre d'hôte de Nadine et Arnaud pour toute personne passant un séjour à Tunis. Et je les remercie encore pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Thierry

Come faccio a fare una recensione: ERA COME ESSERE A CASA MIA! L'incaricato sul posto Mr. Taher (che abita 20 metri prima) era sempre disponibile, massima flessibilità sugli orari per arrivo e partenza (Le chiavi te le consegnano a mano, nessun drop-box). Avendo lui lavorato per 26 anni in Europa ed anche per una azienda Italiana, parla un Inglese perfetto, ed è abituato agli standard Europei, sa pertanto cosà si aspetta un ospite. Non me ne volevo più andare via (e mi sono pure commosso salutandolo!!!). Eventuali piccoli problemi dovreste incontrare, ad esempio lo scarico della doccia scende "Lento", NON sono da attribuire all'abitazione in se stessa ma al sistema fognario della città che qualche problemino sulle tubazioni penso lo tenga, pertanto serve un minimo di elasticità mentale e contestualizzare sempre l'abitazione nella città in cui ci si trova. RICORDATE CHE AVERE assistenza H24 fronte CASA in un paese straniero dove parlano ARABO di base e francese talvolta NON HA PREZZO!

I had a great stay at Aymen’s place in Tunis! The apartment is very clean, smells great, and is well-maintained. It’s in a convenient location—just a short taxi ride away from Lac and other popular touristic spots. Aymen was incredibly kind and generous, always available to help and offering great recommendations on where to eat and what to do around the city. I would definitely stay here again!
