The villa offered by Chahrazed was beautiful, identical to the photos, in a peaceful neighborhood. The pool was clean and beautiful. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The place was perfect for our barbecue around the pool. Communication with Chahrazed was easy, she responds very quickly and is very helpful. She brought us a large and brand new barbecue for our grills because the one on site was a little small The house is welcoming and very convenient and can easily accommodate the ten people indicated I recommend Chahrazed's house and I will return whenever I want to have an extended family meeting Thank you very much

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Sidi Bou Said is a great base to explore Tunis and Carthage. Also great for cafes and restaurants. The house had loads of character and had everything we needed. The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of charm for this large house at the foot of the beach, a holiday atmosphere and tranquility awaits you. Very nice decoration, large bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi/fiber and TV perfectly functional and a lot of amenities for complete comfort! Pretty little gardens that surround the house, inhabited by two little turtles. Two very pleasant terraces with exceptional sea views, especially the roof top for chilled moments and aperitif at sunset. And what about the welcome from Ayed and Ramla, both really friendly, responsive, accommodating and very good tips throughout the stay, and full of small touches to welcome you in the best way. No hesitation: hospitality and relaxation guaranteed! A big thank you to both of you!

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

Great place to stay just outside of Tunis centre, nearby to Carthage and great transport links via the TGM train. Atef was an excellent host and I’d recommend his place!

Balkis is super nice and welcome and provide us a lot of recommendation in the city. And the house is just as amazing as what the photo shows! We sat in the balcony every day to enjoy the view! No doubt one of the best Airbnb we ever stayed. When we lived there, it just felt like home. And Balkis told us that we can check out anytime and even offer a ride for us to airport! We loved our stay, the accommodation was impeccable, very charming, comfortable and in a good location, close to the center of La Marsa while being quiet. We stayed 4 days at Ahmed's. Very friendly person who took the time to show us the apartment, how it works and even made some suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was clean and we even had some pastries available upon arrival. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in privacy. The location is safe in a small adjacent street, perfect, close to several cafes, bakeries, street restaurants and small grocery stores. The beach is actually close to the accommodation in the beautiful La Marsa neighborhood. When we left, we forgot a bag of shoes in the accommodation while we were already in another city 1 hour away. We immediately contacted Ahmed to report our forgetfulness, he instantly replied and reassured us that his mother had found it and that she would keep it safe for us until we came back to pick it up. Many thanks to them!

Exactly what we needed with my husband and 1-year-old. Accommodation on the 1st floor of a house, with private access, easy to park. Quiet neighborhood. Typical and characterful decoration, and at the same time you feel at home. 2 quiet covered balconies, perfect for sunny meals. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Impeccable stay!

I loved this place so much, I had to book it again! and I’d come back a third time in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable: tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, but still super close to everything you might need. The space itself is warm, stylish, and incredibly cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Rania and Ali are amazing hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home, from thoughtful little touches throughout the space to quick and friendly communication. I always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for during my stay.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Such a beautiful home and VERY hospitable host. Exceeded our expectations by far. I would not hesitate to book this home. I wish every Airbnb experience was the same as ours at Aymen’s place.
