Very nice apartment, 2P, 65 m2, with parking, great location on the shores of Lake 2, leisure and business town between Marsa and Tunis. 15 min walk to the lake, 200 meters to Tunisia Mall and 500 meters to Hannibal Clinic. 15 min drive to the beaches of Gammarth, Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and downtown Tunis. Very nice view of the hills of Carthage and forest. Very high standing building. Living room + 1 bedroom + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom. Very well furnished. Numerous nearby restaurants

Appartement de style résolument unique! De haut standing dans une résidence la mieux située dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Tunis, les Berges du Lac 2 face au Tunisia mall et novotel et à quelques mètres de l'ambassade de Canada et TLS FRANCE. Il est très lumineux avec avec sa terrasse qui fait tout le tour de l'appartement, sa vue dégagée sur tout Tunis et le lac à couper le souffle! Il est au 8ème et dernier étage avec double ascenseur. Entièrement équipé et disposant de la fibre optique.
