(North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the beauty of the old village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

This centrally located vacation home in Appelscha has all the comforts. The spacious luxury house is right in the center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
