What a fabulous central location. Apartment exactly as described…really comfortable and cosy. We slept really well. Good WiFi and well stocked with books & games. We mostly ate out but kitchen is well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend Robert’s place. Plenty of room for our family of 3, but still felt cozy and inviting. Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds, and linens were included. Appreciated access to the washer and dryer to wash clothes during our week-long trip. And, the heated bathroom floor was a plus! Fantastic views of the city. The neighborhood is quiet but a short walk to so many things. The aquarium and sjøbad nearby were a highlight.

Terrific, accomodating, host. Cozy, clean, ground floor, 2-bedroom place located on a busy street butl quiet enough to sleep with no problem. Fantastic location convenient to many cafes, restaurants, bars and attractions. You really can't go wrong staying here while you're in Bergen!

Hey there Loved Therese’s place! You will walk about 10 min to the super touristy stuff- great part of town. We hung at the apt several nights and had cider on the balcony and watched movies. Very chill place! And beautiful! She gives great recs! Def recommend. Full kitchen too! (Microwave 🙌) and allows dogs 👍

The stay in Hanne's apartment was a nice place to stay in an old and lovely Bergen environment. Easy to get to by bus, to walk to the city center and starting point for trips also with parking space for a car. Modernized, clean, well equipped and cozy furnished apartment. Hanne was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed ourselves, recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Everything about this place and host was excellent. Very comfortable, private and quiet, updated and we had all we needed. Grocery store within walking distance and very easy bus access to Bergen-only about 10 minutes away. Birthe was an extremely responsive host and accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend and thank you Birthe!

There is not enough to say how great Torstein! Great communicator, responses every question right away with detailed instructions. The place is excellent right in the center of everything. I mean EVERYTHING! Couldn’t be any happier to book this place. Only wish that I could give more stars!

Bernt is the most generous and proactive host we’ve experienced, and we’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world. We did not know how serious the Norwegians are about their Easter, or that it is a 5 day event, and many shops and even grocery stores are closed. Bernt reached out to tell us and offered to shop, as we were getting in on the first day of this holiday. He made sure we had anything we could possibly need, and then some! The home is so well stocked with everything you could want or need and he leaves clear instructions on how to use anything. The bed is comfortable and the place quiet. And it is in a beautiful, central location. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bergen!

Very cozy cottage behind the host's main house directly on the fjord with access to the water. Beautiful decor, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in the attic overlooking the fjord. Despite 25°C and sun, we were able to sleep very well there and felt very comfortable. However, the place is not so suitable for activities, as you always have a long journey and there is only one road. However, this can be accepted, as the location is unique.

Great place and good amenities

We stayed in Stig's beautiful house for 2 weeks and had a great time. The house was decorated for Christmas and we were even greeted with a Christmas tree. Everything was as it was in the photos and the view from the house is breathtakingly beautiful. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights twice in addition to snow. Stig was so kind and had let us know that they could currently be seen nearby. We had an all-round perfect vacation and look forward to returning soon.

What a place and what a host. I'm loathe almost to review as I want it to myself. Great view, great house that had absolutely everything we needed to stay for four weeks. Gunn answered all my petty annoying questions throughout the stay. me and my wife felt right at home and to be frank were depressed coming back to our boring high street home. Couldn't recommend the place more if I tried.

We had a lovely week at Arve's house! The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable, the environment is beautiful. Feel free to take the ferry to Bergen, it's easier than by car!

Mats house is super nice, with a delicious relaxing atmosphere. The house is beautifully situated high facing the fjord and with sun from early morning to sunset. There is only a few minutes walk to good mountain hikes, and a small 10-20 min walk to Bergen city center (from Bryggen and inwards). Recommended!

We had an amazing time at Jarle’s place. It’s equipped with everything to have the perfect holiday one could wish for NYE in Norway from a cosy living-room equipped with a beautiful fireplace and a great view over the mountains all the way to a Sauna which was great. The surrounding nature is just beautiful! Jarle is the perfect host for us and a great communicator. From tips to where we hike or ski to where we can fish or swim we got all the information we wanted plus a lot of help when we most needed! It was a pleasure to spend the holidays at Jarle’s place.

I highly recommend this home for your stay. Both the adults and kids felt safe, comfortable, and excited about the location.
