Overall very well! To be in NJ, the connection to Manhattan is very fast, there are many buses two blocks from the apartment (15 mins). Communication with Nicole was very fast and effective, she helped us at all times with everything we needed. The apartment exactly matched the photos and the services offered.

David was the most accommodating host I've ever had on Airbnb. The place was such an incredible location. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Hiking trails and walkable areas. Easily drivable to Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Ms. Bee was a great host! She was super communicative and friendly from the moment I requested to book up to my departure. She was very understanding when it came to arriving late to check-in due to traffic, which I appreciate. Her son was able to check us in and he gave us a whole walk through of the apartment as well as showing us around the building. The apartment itself was amazing. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It was a very calm and relaxing apartment, very open aswell. Everything was super clean when I arrived and I could not have asked for anymore. Check out was very easy as well.

Wonderful place, with stunning views of the manhattan skyline. Away from the noise and crowds, yet it is very easy (and cheap) to get to midtown with the buses that run frequently. I was visiting NYC with my elderly parents, and they were very comfortable (as were my wife and myself). Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week in India’s apartment. The place is really spacious, well equipped and with incredibly comfy beds!! The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus in to or out of the city, and we really enjoyed being able to escape the city centre at the end of the day. The local area is great for cafes, restaurants, shops and takeaways. India was a great host - she answered all my many questions before we arrived and also provided helpful advice whilst we were there. When we had a problem with the heating on our first evening she sorted it out very quickly. We stayed here with 2 teenagers and found it to be the perfect base for our week in New York. Would highly recommend :)

We had a great stay at Emma’s place, location is great with buses every 10min to New York , neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

The place is really great! If you don't want to stay in NYC, but are satisfied with driving about 20-30 minutes by bus to the city, this place is just right. The bus connection is great to Port Authority, from where you can change to all subways or walk directly to Times Square. Parking is available immediately, but you have to pay $10 a day, which is still only a fraction of the prices in New York. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so you can take good care of yourself. Communication with Rami is also very good, who inquired several times about our condition and was always available for questions.

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in Wilders place for 4 nights and it was perfect. Wilders communication was swift and helpful. His directions from JFK Airport to his door were spot on! We were a bit hesitant about staying out of the city centre but it was so much better than staying in an overpriced hotel with constant sirens and car horns going through the night! Instead Wilders place is situated in quiet Weehawken, a lovely residential area. The bus stop which accesses the city centre is 1 minute walk from the front door! The place itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Airbnb with a breathtaking view of the New York City skyline! Yojaira’s place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Most importantly very close to NYC. Parking was a bit challenging as the street parking was always full. We found a parking spot on the street that was a few minutes of walking distance at only $4/day. We didn't move the car the entire weekend as we did not want to deal with find another parking spot. We used Uber and had no trouble getting around. We were very comfortable in her place with my wife and two adult children. Both kids had their own bedroom, which was very convenient. The location was ideal as well—close to everything with public transportation just a short walk away. Yojaira was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay close to NYC, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Amazing hosts!!! It was my first time in New York and my first solo trip. As a solo female traveler, it was very important to me that I felt safe and comfortable - and this family made sure I felt exactly that! I received lots of recommendations, helpful trips with public transit, and good conversation. Their friends, family, and pets were also amazing. It was very nice meeting them. I highly recommend.

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

I had a generally good stay here—especially considering the price, which was very reasonable. The accommodation was clean and mostly comfortable. The shared bathroom was a bit less convenient, and the bed could have been more comfortable, but for the cost, these were minor issues. One definite highlight was the kitchen—well-equipped and very handy to have. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation with some useful amenities.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Lovely experience, easy to navigate due to clear instructions from Joe. Although I was there for one night, the area offers a lot of experiences, highly recommend it

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Always a pleasure to return! My parents stayed this time and enjoyed a “staycation” They were able to relax and enjoy every moment!!!! The number one place to stay in Sussex NJ!!!!

The location couldn’t be better—situated in a beautiful, safe area just a short walk from the waterfront boardwalk and an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, though, was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again—it was a perfect home base for my time in the area!
