The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We used the optional sauna and the snow shoes and had wonderful time. Our host was Neo who is a very nice and caring person. We can recommend the Jaeger Adventure Camp very much!

The house of Trond was perfect ! Many activities were possible at Jaeger Adventure Camp (Check it on internet). We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host's friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. The surrounding nature, especially the stunning fjord, added a breathtaking backdrop to our trip. Highly recommend!

Elisabeth is a very nice host, proactive and super welcoming ! Be sure that you will have all the attentions necessary to enjoy your stay more than expected (local recommendations, regular message with weather update before and during your stay). The house is fully equipped and very cosy so that you can spent cosy days inside when the weather in Senja is not the most beautiful :) I can only recommend at 100% !!

Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

We cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was at this beautiful property. The views, the comfortable accommodations, the sauna and jacuzzi, cozy and well supplied kitchen…Tromvik Lodge had it all! We really appreciated how responsive Tore was since we needed some guidance with it being our first time in Norway. He made everything accessible for us and we felt right at home. Despite it being cloudy during our stay, we had two spectacular nights viewing the Aurora borealis! It was a dream come true in the most perfect setting at this lodge.

We felt really well received. John was very hospitable. He had baked bread and offered us that we could take fish in the freezer. The house is cozy… and with the most wonderful view. From the terrace you can walk down to the beach and swim. The house is located in magnificent surroundings with Reitetinden to one side and the fjord and view of the mountains on the other. We recommend John's cabin for people who love nature and tranquility.

Delightful little house right on the coast with amazing sea views and iconic Mount Segla/Hesten. Liz sent us detailed information in advance and even during our stay she was very helpful with the local information. Even in winter, we parked right in front of the house, even though the weather was very winter. The house is sensitively renovated, so it did not lose anything from the beautiful, cozy atmosphere. The three floors connected by stairs was very comfortable for 6 people. Two toilets on the ground floor, a spacious living area with kitchen on the first floor and in the loft three bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped, both the rooms and the kitchen where we cooked (I caught the cod!). The possibility of heating the stove adds romance to the stay, but you must bring wood. But otherwise the property is heated, so it's not a necessity. Considering the view from the dining table, I consider the TV to be unnecessary, which we haven't used once. :-) I'd love to come back to this place again.

Very pleasant and well-equipped accommodation in a quiet and very pretty place!

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished old house on the Kattfjord and enjoyed the magnificent views of mountains and water. From the kitchen table we could watch the northern lights! The electric heating worked well, shower, kitchen all fine! We used TV as a radio. The 2 pairs of snowshoes were very useful because there had been almost 1 meter of fresh snow in our week - a picture book landscape! The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

We spent a week at Andreas' cabin. We had some minor problems getting in, but Andreas responded quickly and resolved the situation with his father. Five stars for this! Cabin itself was beautiful and well equipped. The weather was mostly great and we got to spend as much time outside as we wanted. We can recommend this cabin to others too!

Nice and calm location for a holiday. House was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Option to charge your electric car was fantastic😊 Skrolsvik Fort is definitely worth a visit. It is much bigger than anticipated and has a lot to see. So much to see and do in Senja, 1-2 days is clearly not enough so we will have to come again!

Roar’s cabin was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the location. The combination of towering mountains and the calm, glistening fjords was like stepping into a dream. I didn’t even have to leave the cabin to see the aurora borealis, it danced in its full glory across the sky, visible right from the terrace, and watching it felt like pure magic. Just make sure to turn off the lights! The cabin itself was perfect, cozy and spotlessly clean that I felt at home the instant I walked in, which is something I rarely experience when traveling. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully prepared to make me comfortable. And then there was Roar. What an incredible person, kind, helpful, and always ready with advice. Talking with him made the trip feel even more personal and special. His warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. Staying at his cabin wasn’t just a getaway, it was an experience that touched our soul in a deep way!

Fantastic place with stunning view and hiking possibilities right outside. You can’t ask for better hosts with helpful tips about the area and surroundings. Comfortable beds and otherwise everything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place. We would love to come back.

What a fantastic time I had at this Airbnb. The location is nothing short of magical, a true winter wonderland. Private, silent and beautiful. Spending the nights standing in the snow illuminated by the waxing moon with stunning Aurora displays above all 4 nights. If you're looking to explore Senja this is the place to stay. Tommy is an incredibly kind person and it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with him. He shared my passion for nature and the Aurora and he puts a lot of care into your stay. This is a place to leave everything behind, get outside and get back to nature. A true arctic experience to be plowing snow from the driveway, collecting firewood and standing in the middle of snowstorms. I can't wait to visit again.

Very nice ambiance. Unfortunately, we had no opportunity to visit the restaurant due to lack of time. Right next door, it has a 9 hole golf course.

Charles is a truly friendly, reliable, helpful, and generous host. The home is truly equipped with everything you may need. The house is very nice, tidy, comfortable and warm. It is a very quiet and relaxing place with a beautiful view of the sea. Charles was super helpful and gave us a lot of helpful tips.

Great place with a great host. We arrived very late but the keys had been left for us in an envelope to make it easy. The place is very nice and clean, spacious and close to the water front.
