This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. Enjoy nature, tranquility and cozy Nijmegen

On a quiet sandy path on the green border between Nijmegen and Malden lies our "Vogeltjesbos". Here you can walk straight into the forest for hiking. By bike or public transport, you can be in the cozy center of Nijmegen in 15 minutes. The cottage is located in a garden/forest of 1.5 hectares where we are building a food forest. This with a plan, in which we strengthen nature, plant a lot of trees, but "intervene" as little as possible. Here you can relax in the greenery and pick and taste what is already growing!

Panoramahut

A magical experience in the middle of nature. This round red cedar yurt is hidden on a sunny hill in the woods. In the evening, you will be treated to the sun setting over the Mookerheide, to be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large dome roof with all the facilities in the house. A place with character, unique in the Netherlands. Here you quickly feel at home and you will find the tranquility you are looking for. The perfect setting for romantic moments and mindful enjoyment. Ideal for hikers.

Studio at the edge of the forest, including breakfast and air conditioning

Private studio with air conditioning at the edge of the forest with private bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful location on the N70 hiking trail. The room has a private entrance via the garden, private amenities, fully lockable. Shared use of the garden and terrace. The double bed is 1.40 m wide and 2.10 m long. Self-service simple breakfast is included. Kitchenette with hob and microwave is suitable for preparing a simple meal. You can store bicycles under the canopy in the enclosed garden.

Deze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van ruim 500 m2 heeft twee eigen parkeerplaatsen, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Welcome to this characteristic 1930s house in a pleasant neighborhood of Nijmegen with nice cafes and restaurants, close to the center and nature. A lovely house for those seeking tranquility and want to enjoy Nijmegen and the beautiful surroundings! You have 3 floors, including a veranda and garden to yourself. Attic is no longer rented out! From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Sacred House

In the hilly surroundings, on the outskirts of Nijmegen, stands this 20m2 nature cottage with a separate bedroom. The living area has a single sofa bed. The windows have mosquito nets. The higher cottage overlooks the garden, the forest and the rear facade of our house. The spacious yard is fenced with an electric gate. We offer a lot of privacy and live on a beautiful, green avenue, which is a bit busier during rush hour. It's also wonderfully quiet. Inside anyway. We are LGBTQ+-friendly.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

This charming stay can accommodate 2-4 people and combines authentic historical details with modern comfort. The coach house is located in the middle of nature and is ideal for lovers of peace, space and adventure. Right from the front door, you can step on the famous hiking and mountain biking trails that make this region famous.

We transformed our garage into a cozy, sociable private studio with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. The studio is located in the quiet Brakkenstein district, surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, just a 5-minute walk from the university (Radboud Nijmegen) and close to the center. Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
