Needing a base to explore and hike in the Berchtesgaden area the apartment was perfect in every sense. The town centre was an easy 5 minutes stroll away whilst the bus station, where we caught the excellent included bus network, was only 10 minutes walk away as we're the local supermarkets. Highly recommended apre and apartment.

An exceptional stay. A very welcoming family with a lot of care to decorate and furnish the accommodation (beautiful and very well-equipped), very good tips for visiting the region and they took care of providing us with a single ticket for all public transport. Ideal for a romantic stay to visit Salzburg but also its region with sumptuous lakes and rivers. I highly recommend it. 😊 Looking forward to coming back.

We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Günter and his wife are great hosts with attention to detail and are available with insider tips. Everything was sparkling clean, the towels and linens in top quality. We lacked nothing and we could spend the sunny hours in the shady garden. On our next visit to Berchtesgaden, we will definitely be back!

Maximilian’s place is located in a wonderful setting and 10-15 minutes walk from Berchtesgaden centre and just a few minutes walk from a Therme Spa. The accommodation was spotlessly clean within a traditional house and beautiful garden.

The house is very rustic and we immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. In the rain in the evening, we turned on the stove and made ourselves really comfortable. The beds are comfortable and you have a very nice view. We will definitely come back again. It's a gem if you like old houses.
