Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Berat

Zeer vriendelijke host. We hadden wat moeite om het appartement te vinden, maar de host kwam ons al snel tegen en hielp ons. Zelfs nog heerlijke koffie gehad en een ontbijtje. +/- 15 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum van Berat. Zeker een aanrader!

There is an access to the roof which allows 360 view of the surroundings, including the view of old town and mountains which was spectacular. Andriana gave good instructions on how to get to the house as GMaps generally suggests a road which is not suitable for regular cars, only for 4x4. Going downtown isn't the easiest since you either have to go down the stairs for about 7-10 minutes or alternatively spend about 15 minutes if you choose a car road, but the view from house is worth the journey. The internet is not super reliable so if you need to do anything work-wise it's better to opt for room #1 where the router is. The apartment has no AC (as of now) but since it's located in the ground floor it's generally not too hot, moreover there are usually winds (pleasant ones) since the house is located on the hill. Andriana's parents are super hospitable and will often treat you with local cheese/fruits/snacks/deserts or whatever they have at the moment.

Very friendly, top communication, i was on a roadtrip with a motorcycle, he offered me, that I can leave the bike in the garage, he’s father was waiting for me and showed me where I can park and also the apartment. Top host and a nice apartment what I can warmly recommend! Really friendly family!

Me encantó el lugar y la familia 💚 Se sitúa encima de una montaña y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. El matrimonio que está por allí es ENCANTADOR. Volvería sólo para poder llevarme una semana con ellos ayudándolos en todo lo posible. Ambos son súper amables y serviciales, la casa de huéspedes es maravillosa y no puedo estar más encantada!!!! Fui con mi novio y nos trataron exquisito. Ojalá podáis disfrutar de su excelente compañía 😊✨😊✨

I was looking for an apartment in the center of Fier to stay for some time. After my search for the right place, I booked Klaudjo’s apparent, and I am very glad I chose that. First, the apparent was very clean, secondly it was in a very good location, in the center of the city where you have everything close. In the apartment you have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. This is going to be my place to stay every time I go to Fier.

A Special Stay in Berat’s City of Windows🪟 Staying here felt like stepping into the heart of Berat’s soul. The house itself is a beautiful piece of Albanian architectural history, you’re not just visiting the city, you’re living in it. Check-in was really easy, and Manteo was amazing. He gave us clear instructions, was super considerate, and even prepared some food for us even when we arrived late.. such a kind gesture after a long journey. He was also really friendly and shared great tips about the neighbourhood. The room was spotless and cozy, and waking up to that panoramic view of Berat’s famous stacked houses was just magical. It’s one of those views that you don’t forget. Getting to the house involves walking through narrow stone paths, steps, and ramps, but that’s part of the experience. It really feels like walking through history, with each turn echoing the charm of old Balkan streets. Honestly, this wasn’t just a stay… it was an experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Le logement est en pleine nature dans un environnement magnifique. Attention l’accès est un long chemin rocailleux assez raide et hasardeux, mais on a pu monter en voiture jusqu’à la maison. La propriétaire habite juste à côté et nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée et nous a apporté un petit chauffage électrique portatif sur demande. Les lits étaient agréables, nous avons bien dormi, et les 3 salles de bain sont très pratiques ! Nous avons adoré notre petite soirée au calme dans ce havre de paix. En partant le lendemain la propriétaire adorable nous a apporté du fromage et des beignets qu’elle venait de cuisiner ! Petit bémol : nous avions choisi cet airbnb car il est noté dans l’annonce que le canyon est à 30 minutes en voiture hors il est à plus d’une heure, nous avons du changer nos plans malheureusement.

Het verblijf in de woning van Jimmy was geweldig. Het appartement was erg ruim, schoon en heel volledig ingericht met veel basisvoorzieningen. Een prachtige veranda en fijne andere zithoeken buiten. Het uitzicht op de bergen en vallei zijn adembenemend mooi. De groenten en fruit uit de tuin zijn heerlijk. Het contact met Jimmy en zijn vrouw was erg prettig. En beide zijn erg behulpzaam, gastvrij en geven leuke en goede tips over de omgeving. Daarnaast reageert Jimmy snel bij eventuele vragen. Het ritje met de auto naar boven is ons meer dan waard. Jimmy bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen en prachtige omgeving waarin jullie huis staat.

Всего одна ночь в гостях у Флоры и Гектора оставила в памяти ярчайший след! Эти удивительные люди умеют за несколько часов создать атмосферу, которую другие не смогут повторить и за неделю. С первой минуты мы ощутили искреннее гостеприимство. Флора сразу угостила нас напитками и десертом, а после, Гектор с радостью показал окрестности. Вечером нас ждал невероятно вкусный домашний ужин из продуктов с их огорода. Каждая ложка передавала заботу и тепло хозяйских рук! Помимо прочего, Гектор и Флора прекрасные собеседники. И даже несмотря на то, что мы говорили на разных языках, зачастую понимали друг друга без переводчика. Их гостеприимство настолько естественно, что к утру мы чувствовали себя не гостями, а их родственниками! И хотя наш визит был коротким, впечатления остались самые теплые. Чистота, удобная кровать, тишина деревенской ночи и петухи по утру - всё сложилось в идеальную картину настоящей Албании. Мы безумно благодарны им, за каплю домашнего уюта в нашем путешествии!

Wir wurden von Johnnys Eltern herzlich empfangen - auch wenn wir uns nur mit Handzeichen verständigen konnten. Der Vater hat mir sogar die Fahrradtaschen und mein Fahrrad die Freitreppe hochgetragen. Im Hochparterre sieht es aus, als gäbe es da ein Geschäft - es ist aber eine Art Werkstatt und Fitnessraum und - für uns top! - eine Velo-Garage mitsamt Steckdose, um den Akku zu laden. Wenn die Eltern uns nicht verstanden, hat Johnny aus der Ferne unterstützt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wundervoll, sehr gross, und hat zwei Balkone. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Flora et Bilbil ont été des hôtes dignes de ce nom, dignes d'un vrai accueil albanais comme il se doit. Nous avons eu l'impression de faire partie de la famille et sommes très heureux d'avoir pu partager ce moment de qualité avec eux. Bilbil a pu nous faire visiter le domaine familial avec une initiation aux herbes aromatiques sauvages, nous avons assisté à l'organisation nuptiale du poulailler, un vrai bonheur ! Accueillis au raki avec une dégustation de la confiture maison, incroyable. La chambre est pourvue des commodités nécessaires pour un séjour, la salle de bain également. N'hésitez pas !

Apartment was as described; modern, spacious, clean and very cozy. Location was great too. Made us feel right at home. Klaudjo is very polite, super helpful and was always responsive. Will come back for sure. Totally recommended.

The place is very spacious and clean, ideally for families with children. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The place is located in a walking distance to the city center, supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend this place if you would like to stay in Fier.
