Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Benz

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers said). But you don't have to get started;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, plenty of tea and coffee were in stock and you could use freely. The location was great and quiet (despite the window open at night). Price/quality ratio great. Glad to come back.

We were 9 people and had two nights in Alexandra's beautiful house. Everything we needed was available. We were particularly pleased with the modern equipped kitchen, the possibility to visit the sauna. In the evening, we sat by the open campfire and talked. Was nice and romantic. Alexandra as a host was great: she responded quickly to our questions, gave advice on what to see and experience in the region, what shopping opportunities there are in the area. We were very pleased with the stay at Alexandra's house and would recommend it.

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We loved it in Janin's vacation home! The location is unbeatable, the area beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended! :)

A really great accommodation for groups of up to 10 people. The facility left nothing to be desired. Ideal for groups who want to explore the surroundings by bike! Stralsund, Greifswald and Rügen are ideal as a day trip. The contact with our landlord was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this address and will be happy to come back!!

We were a family of six in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. The location is quiet, surrounded by a lot of nature – ideal for switching off. The house is very nicely designed, thoughtfully furnished and very convenient for families. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which was a real highlight for us. Many excursion destinations in the area can be easily reached by car from here. The small village shop nearby is also convenient, where you can get fresh rolls, among other things. Absolutely recommended!!!

We were very happy with the place. This was nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were also a lot of games and toys for children. Tomasz was very hospitable and quick to respond. The property is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surrounding area.

Anja was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us warmly. The apartment was very lovingly decorated and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the island of Usedom. Shops, restaurants and train station within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

Great complex, well maintained - also the apartment, cute place, pure nature, but just not a shop. You absolutely need a car. In the bathroom, we lacked hooks to hang towels, etc. In the kitchen, a small dishwasher and especially a coffee machine would be really great. Otherwise everything is great! Also the contact with the landlady and the sea eagle tips! Thanks for that!!

Lovingly decorated bungalow with everything you need. Communication was okay. The automatic telephone announcement with preselection is annoying, where you do not get directly to an employee with every selection, but are referred to the information on the Internet. Everything else is great.

The apartment is very nice and quiet. We felt right at home. Communication with Katja and Phillip was great. We recommend the place.

The house is great and comfortable. You can use only upper floor and we were lucky and can use garden and terrace for all time we were in the house. Thank you very much to Juliane for this possibility! Evenings on the terrace are unforgettable!

The place was nice and had everything you could need, we were there with our dog and found it very cozy. Beautiful large garden, which you share with two parties, but they were all nice. Good location. For the price, a great apartment.

I was with my daughter at Klaudiusz's place over Pentecost 2025, everything was exactly as described and we were very pleased with the apartment. For our short visit, it was just the right thing. In the adjacent streets you could park for free and we had our e-scooters with us and so the way to the promenade was less than 5 minutes away, but even on foot it would have been only a short walk. We liked it very much in Swinemünde. Not a minute away there was a Polish market where you could always go for a walk. Klaudiusz was very easy to reach and had also given me good tips where we can eat delicious Pierogi. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would book there again in the future. Swinemünde is definitely worth a trip (even if the weather didn't cooperate with us).

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you want some peace and quiet and don't want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Airbnb pearl! Beautiful large apartment overlooking the magnificent garden. Extremely clean, everything you need is there. Cozy sitting area in the kitchen. Parking is available right in front of the house. Beds (mattresses) not sagging. Quiet area with good access to the sights. Nothing negative to report! Thank you for renting the apartment!
