Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Vacation apartment in the old thatched house on Usedom

Benz is located in the charming hilly hinterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery and a brick church with a beautiful wooden coffered ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is light-flooded and friendly. It is good for couples.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

The bungalow "Windrose" in the quiet village of Vaschvitz in the middle of the "Pomeranian Boddenlandschaft" nature reserve invites you to forget the stress of everyday life. The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours.
