It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

Built in 1926 it has been carefully restored in 2019 and boasts beautiful original features and antiques. The pool is 4 ½ feet deep throughout with jacuzzi jet seating at one end and stair entry.
