Clean. Safe. Lovely. Convenient. Studio apartment in our newly-renovated daylight basement. Nicely sound-proofed - very kid and pet-friendly. Great neighborhood for walking, 10 minutes to beautiful downtown, a couple minutes to trendy W. Asheville, & 5 minutes to major highways. Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens and shared fenced yard with playground.

The entrance to the Biltmore estate is approx. 20 minutes away. 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville. The house is in a very quiet/safe neighborhood. Easy interstate access. It has Parking for approximately 4 cars. Easy keypad entry.
