This cozy house is perfectly located next to the sea front, where you can enjoy a swim at the clear water and the astonishing colours of the sunrise. Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. Just 6 km from the historical center of Corfu town, 1 minute walk from the bus stop and local shops, and only minutes away from restaurants and bars. At the same compound they live few other quiet neighbours and two friendly dogs.

- Ruhe-Oase - Sufficient and functional with everything you need furnished apt. in a super beautiful house. Front and back porch to relax. Off the beaten path, the tranquility is sensational: you really hear almost nothing but nocturnal sea noise and nature sounds. No road, no traffic, no noisy people - pure silence! Despite the seclusion, you will find everything you need (from shopping to nice cafe to great tavernas) just a few minutes drive away in the beautiful mountain village of Agios Mattheos. Unfortunately, the small beach right outside the door (as of the end of Sep 2024) is currently almost completely covered with dried tang, so that nothing could actually be seen of the actual sandy beach - but nature is just not planable! ;-) Ajax and Juan are nice, communicative, responsive at all times and provide you with plenty of tips for the stay. All in all a clear recommendation!

Thanks for a great stay. The accommodation was very nice and in a very peaceful location. It is a few minutes' walk to the beach and various amenities. I would recommend this place to people who really want to disconnect and have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The accommodation matches the photos well and cleaning is done every two days which is very nice. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they are extremely nice and considerate. I would highly recommend it.

A great host, a lovely person, who entered our hearts, helps in everything. The apartment was clean and cozy, it has everything you need The complex itself has outdoor showers, sunbeds, swings, a hammock and a grass area for children to run around in a closed complex that is pleasant for families. Really close to the sea, a walk of about 50 steps. Close to the center of Kabus for the grocery store and the main attractions Very recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in the Sea apartment, such a beautiful location, lovely to wake up and immediately have that lovely view of the sea. Some great restaurants in a few minutes walk away, we loved Woody’s and found the staff really friendly and the food very good. Walked in to Roda a couple of times, takes about 25 minutes easy walking and there are many restaurants there too. Ingrid was so helpful when we had any problems and these were rectified. We would love to come back to this lovely apartment as we had a great relaxing holiday.

We loved the big garden. Lots of space with always a choice of sun or shade. The section of beach at the end if the garden was quiet with no rows of umbrellas. It was great for swimming. We loved Petra's taverna, just 10 mins walk along the beach. Sunsets were spectacular. Jude recommended places to go, and importantly places to avoid. She phoned and booked a couple of things for us. She struck just the right balance of being available and helpful whilst never being intrusive. This is a perfect location. Really quiet with no noisy hotels or bars. It was also well located to visit other places across the North of the island. Lying in bed at night listening to the cicadas and the sea was really special.

Great property and host. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the nearby beach, the peaceful and warm atmosphere. The house is spacious and nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Antonia is very friendly and welcoming, she generously offered olive oil, a bottle of wine and bottled water upon our arrival. I highly recommend Antonia and this property.

An exceptional view, a large garden and a very pleasant terrace! We loved the direct access to the beautiful beach (attention to the last steps in poor condition ), the calm of the place and the beauty of the landscapes. We were hosted very well by Kamelia. Functional house, bathroom a little small for us.
