Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Come and recharge your batteries in our little cocoon nestled among the pines. Our apartment, of about 30m2, was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house on HOSSEGOR. It opens onto 350 m2 of private garden in the middle of the pines where you will find a large table for lunch, a plancha, a garden furniture and two sunbeds. A shaded, wooded bike path at the end of the street will allow you to move around easily.

Cork oaks peacefull Haven

You will like the dominating situation of this accommodation (50m2) and its terrace (30m2) which are nestled on the flank of the superhossegor hill, in the middle of the cork oaks. Without any opposite this will be your haven of peace, from which you will be 2 minutes from the lake on foot and 10 minutes of oyster tastings from the bottom of the lake. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
