Stingrays at Bendalong Bay also a surprise and wonderful recommendation from Jenn and Brian. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beachy getaway in nature.

We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

This was a perfect getaway! Wish we could stay longer- just starting to relax after 3 days. The sound of the crashing waves at night, the incredible stars at night, the almost tropical garden....and the gentle sway of the hammock - perfect antidote to our crazy lives! Great walks up and down to coast, tennis at Kioloa, unreal banana bread, coffee and Banh Mi at the Saltwood cafe on way to Pretty Beach as well (Luci's was closed). I loved the wrap around verandah and the wide deck - a smidge too cold for us for an outdoor bath, but next time when it is warmer for sure. All in all, a perfect stay- first but not last time to Bawley Pt.

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mark and Jo's 'jewel'! They were the perfect hosts. The apartment is modern, spacious and spotless with lovely touches and all the amenities you can think of. A beautiful outdoor area (with a BBQ) is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst taking in the stunning views. Very private and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to everything. We were so impressed and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and spacious hideaway. Thank you Mark and Jo, for a memorable visit and we look forward to seeing both again soon.
