This beautiful house is so eccentric and cool, we absolutely loved it. The outside patio and yard was gorgeously lit at night. The house was very clean and well stocked. We cooked family meals in the big kitchen and had all needed utensils, cookware & dishes. We really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard and soaking in the hot tub every night. We went out on the water with the paddle boards and also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beach area is super cute!! This property is very private, peaceful & quiet. Our family of 8 had multiple devices and gaming systems using the wifi with no issues of lagging or buffering. We all enjoyed the movie room, playing video games, singing karaoke and watching movies. Everything worked properly as it should. All of us took a turn in the massage chair!! We fell in love with the pups Shadow & Wickett. Playing ball/fetch with Shadow was the highlight of our stay. Our host Erik was friendly and quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back!

My children and grandchildren spent 7 days at this property and had an amazing time. The property is gorgeous and is just as the pictures and description states it is. The property is very private and peaceful surrounded by water and nature. My family enjoyed crabbing, fishing, and kayaking. Great communication with Tamara before, during, and after our visit. I highly recommend visiting!!

We had a wonderful visit to Ashley’s beautiful home in Gloucester. The house and property were spacious and beautiful. You will LOVE your stay. Ashley is an outstanding Superhost.

Waterfront 4 bedroom home with marina facilities

The house was a good place to stay, better than being in a hotel and off the beaten path. The location was convenient for us to be with family and events, and to accommodate airport runs. We needed a house with 4 bedrooms and enough beds, which this provided. It was just a little higher priced I think compared to the quality, which included being just above sparsely furnished and decorated. The one other tradeoff was allowing pets without an additional fee, which we appreciate because we always make sure we take extra care when we bring ours. You can swim at the marina pool and I believe rent/use bicycles, but we did not take advantage of that. All in all, a generally comfortable place to stay.

Relax & Heal Cottage Near Ocean & Forest Retreat

As soon as we got to the house, it was a peaceful retreat. Although there are a few homes or farms close, there was little noise or distraction getting those of nature. The house and amenities were what you need for a few days stay and there was even an extra crate for the puppy if we’d forgotten ours. When we had a question the guest night, there was a response within fifteen minutes. And it was proactive as well as positive. The whole experience had been lovely.

The location was perfect for our trip to our grandson's high school graduation. Pam was very understanding when we asked if we could have our family members come over to visit, since our daughter's house is on the smaller side and it got very crowded there. We would recommend Pam's property to anybody who wants a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The view is wonderful!

Karen & Matt were wonderful hosts. We are also AirBnB hosts and found them absolutely delightful. The property is exactly as pictured in their posting. It is large, spacious, and beautifully appointed. Karen & Matt went out their way to provide refreshments that fit our dietary needs and also had toiletries and replacement items like razors and toothbrushes should we need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and of high quality. Plush, large and our white towels were wonderful. Everything in this home screams quality and care. We lived in this area for 10 years and came back for a wedding. This will be our first choice of places to stay for our return trips.

Private 5-acre Waterfront Peninsula with Beach

This was a short trip for a bachelor/bachelorette party. Everyone who was coming was so impressed and was like we wish we were staying here longer than one night! Mary was very responsive and even popped out and said welcome when we arrived! Definitely would recommend this place for a fun get away! The bonfire was definitely a recommended opportunity! Thank you again Mary!!
