I was simply very surprised by the house, it was better than the photos released. It was not a normal stay, but an experience in Living with my 3 children and family in such a well-equipped house, spectacular cleanliness, attentive host. Special attention to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, where you can make your food, espresso coffee (yes, there is a cafeteria and you can have a delicious tea that is already there to welcome you… not to mention the many toys, books and entertainment that the house offers for children. At the top of the house, there is still plenty of room to have a delicious barbecue with family and friends. Everything was so perfect that we came back again to stay another 3 nights in the house and make better use of BH. Congratulations on the organization, cleanliness and helpfulness

Paul's house was an excellent place to rest and reunite the family. She is beautiful, as the pictures show, and has a large kitchen, perfect for cooking along with family members and preparing beautiful tables set. Paulo stood out as a charming human being: very polite, receptive and agile. Without a doubt, his daughter would also return to Paul's house.

Clean, complete apartment, organized condominium, close to shopping malls and large markets. Clean and comfortable bed linen, the beds are also comfortable and new, kitchen with basic items to easily make snacks and meals, the host Lucas was very clear in the instructions and was helpful at all times. An addendum would be to have curtains with more sealing to the light, otherwise, everything was perfect!

The House is large, comfortable, airy, the good beds, large toilets and very good showers, the only point would be to inform about the stairs for future guests who have reduced mobility or elderly. Overall the stay was very good.

Close to Boulevard Mall and the police station. In addition to a supermarket and restaurants nearby. I do everything on foot to my points of interest, as it is a central and hospitable area. Congratulations as always! I recommend it to all guests!

Andrea is an excellent host, kind, polite and a sweet person! The apartment is wonderful, an incredible view of the sky and surroundings. The description is true to what is found when renting the property, everything is clean and smells good. I highly recommend it for any occasion, as it has an office room that can be used for work, but since we went for Carnival, the place suited us perfectly! And it still has the advantage of having two bathrooms, so each one has their own privacy. Finally, I say it again, I highly recommend it and we loved staying at this place! We'll be back next year!

Great place, safe, and in a quiet community. Short drive or walk to supermarket with easy access to main roads for farther travel to Belo Horizonte or countryside.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
