First, Ada was very attentive in providing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything is clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well-equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend it and Ada is an excellent host, congratulations!!

We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description — exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very responsive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.

Extremely clean house, clean linens. There were all the utensils in the kitchen for use, including some products that could be used for consumption, coffee powder, sugar, salt, oil. Washer and dryer. Hot water shower, I stayed with my son for 6 days, he loved the place. Mr. Geraldo gave us several directions to nearby places, bakery, market, restaurants and outside, which is very close to the Contagem Shopping Mall.
