Fine rustic cottage in Pampulha

Fine rustic chalet in Casa de Campo Pampulha, one block from the edge of the lagoon, in a common area of 9,000 m² with swimming pools and kiosk. The garden has dozens of native trees, palm trees, fruit trees, as well as numerous ornamental plants. It is a small reserve within Belo Horizonte. The chalet has luxury furniture and the kitchen is complete and of high quality. Our intention is to serve the guest in every way and ensure the best and happiest stay in our Casa de Campo. Simple, functional and economical space, ideal for up to 5 guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to 7 with an extra charge per guest. BACK HOUSE with shared access to the front house (hosts). There are 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double bed) and 1 single bed. Extra guests use a double mattress on the floor. Kitchen with stove and minibar. Private bathroom. Accommodation without luxury, but organized for those looking for practicality and great value for money. We do not provide towels.

Close to excellent cuisine, but it is a residential street. Close to Duque de Caxias Square (where several cultural events take place), the iconic "Clube da Esquina," Santa Teresa metro station, Independência Stadium and Boulevard Shopping. Great place to work and study with a comfortable desk and 20/25 mb internet
