(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

The owner who lives in the neighboring house has renovated this former farmhouse for the sake of eco responsibility and sustainability, where you will find the authenticity and charm of a country house.
