Beautiful apartment, comfortable, very well-equipped, impeccable daily cleaning service. Excellent location both for going to the beach and to go out on foot and visit the port and the various restaurants in the area. The view is divine as well. We had a wonderful few days with my daughter and husband. .

The view of the apartment is beautiful, it has a large balcony to spend there hours watching the sunset. Unbeatable location. Close to everything. Down there has a Super and a car SERVICE. María Noel, the host, is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to guest requests. Definitely would love to go back.

Our stay at the apartment was splendid. Excellent location, impeccable presentation and attention, impeccable order and cleanliness, with all the comfort you need to have a pleasant and quiet stay. We had an amazing stay! Vladimir is super attentive and kind. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The amenities are divine! The terrace has a spectacular view and the apartment's deck overlooks the pool and a beautiful garden. We had a wedding at the Serena, so it was an unbeatable location for us. We left planning our return!!

Very good in general terms. Check-in is scheduled for after 3 pm, I arrived at the apartment at 3:20 pm. I recommend it.

The building is located very close to the port, ideal for walking around the peninsula. The reception is open all day. Roxana's apartment has a new kitchen and bathroom.

The house is beautiful , super comfortable and very well equipped . We were 8 people and I had everything you need and more . The complex is very complete , with lots of activities for the kids . Both the complex and above all the house were spotless . Housekeeping is daily . The pool of the house is a plus without a doubt . After a few days of rain came the sink and gardener and they left the garden and pool spotless . We will definitely be back ..

Laura‘s place was by far the best we’ve seen in Uruguay. It was spotlessly clean, nothing was broken, nothing creaked or jammed, everything was built/installed correctly and actually finished, unlike so many other places we’ve stayed in which seem to have been completed up to “close enough”. The list of suggestions for local shops/places to eat/things to do, etc. was great. If we’re ever back in Piriápolis we will certainly look to see if Las Olas is available.

The experience at Sarah's house was excellent. From allowing us to arrive before the agreed time, Sarah was attentive to every detail. Always attentive to inquiries and responding kindly and quickly. The house is super well-equipped... it has everything you need for your stay. Very convenient for accessing the beach, which is just a few meters away. In the area there are nice restaurants to eat and there is a supermarket a block away... priceless.

We spent a few nice days at Carlos' house, As described, easy to get to. Carlos is always attentive, very kind we will definitely be back

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We were a family group of 10 people and we lived together in total harmony with the space thanks to the large capacity of the house and its incredible and integrating living-dining room-kitchen, the heart of the house par excellence. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to Diego Marcos for his hospitality, his cordiality and for always being available.

This was my second time staying at Santiago’s place and it was like the first time amazing! His so far the only host that thinks of your every need and has it all. Everything is very close from a 2 min walk to the grocery store, to a fabulous German bakery and a lovely cafe called Pecas. The beach and board walk is close. If you want to take photos with the Montevideo letters it’s less than a 5 min walk. Overall I highly recommend Santiago’s place you won’t be disappointed!!!

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent, steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and the fact that it includes daily cleaning is a plus. Nice apartment and an awesome location. Beach right across the street, beach within walking distance, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!
