The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

In winter we are in a small area with a mild climate. Parking in the village is free 100 meters from the house.

Perfect place for a family vacation: away from busy roads, close to nature & forest. Winter also has its charm in Borla: the sun can also shine on the shortest day of the year from 10 am to 4 pm. In the snow, eventful snowshoe tours are possible directly from the house.

This accommodation for up to 11 people consists of an apartment and a rustico. In between, the shared courtyard with barbecue, fire bowl, lounger and pergola with granite table to enjoy, linger and barbecue.
