House vacation rentals in Bellinzona District

We loved spending our week-long stay with our two kids and dog at this villa. As soon as the door opens, you arrive at this beautiful and gigantic entrance hall that gives access to all the rooms of the house and attracts you to the outside where the view is just amazing. The indoor space is very large, clean and well kept. The decoration and furniture are old style but of high quality which makes all the charm of this villa. The outdoor area and large pool are well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The contacts I had with Alex and Claudia (hosts) were very nice and their responses were very quick. Their directions are clear and they also inform us about the activities to discover nearby/shops/restaurants which is very useful. Thanks to them for allowing us to create wonderful memories!

Renata was very responsive, the information was very easy to follow, the house was in great conditions and had all the furniture and appliances required for a comfortable family trip. .

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the online information and was very appealing to us! It was extremely positive that we were able to enjoy ourselves from the beverage/snack bar during our four-day stay, which saved us from towing drinks. Although free, we have voluntarily honored this possibility monetarily, as it is not self-evident. Because the weather was very cool and accompanied by snow during our stay, the air conditioning offered a good way to quickly bring the living area to the pleasant area in terms of temperature without using the fireplace, which would have been possible. The large TV as well as the corner sofa have invited you to stay, especially in these unfortunately nasty weather conditions. The numerous kitchen utensils offer more than enough opportunity to indulge yourself. Very convenient: The dishwasher. The interactions with Andrea were functional, efficient, forward-looking, and friendly.

We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed the house very much. It has all the appliances one needs and especially the garden was beautiful.

The cottage is very atypical. It's probably nicer in summer than in winter, as you have to go outside stairs to get to the 1st floor bedrooms, and the house is very wet. The view is exceptional: over one of the Bellinzone castle and the valley. Access is quick from downtown and the train station. Very close to the adorable old town of Bellinzone and its restaurants (To get to the casetta: Be careful not to follow the route given by google maps, because an alley is closed to traffic: you have to go to the hostel. and from there there there are a hundred stairs to climb to reach the house)

We 12 people from 17 - 80 years old spent a weekend in the apartment Amore, Grande and Rustico. We enjoyed it very much, especially the hot pot was a highlight for the younger ones. The courtyard is very cozy and large. We also had plenty of space in the Grande to have breakfast together. Waren and Sandra were very helpful, straightforward and generous. We'll be very happy to come back!

It has been a pleasure to stay a week in this bungalow inside the Isola Camping. Great service and nice child-friendly location and staff. The bungalow is particularly well organized. the spaces are used smartly and you have the impression that "it's bigger inside". we'd love to come back in the future!

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.

The place is cozy, clean, in a convenient and quiet location. Francesca is a very kind person and communication with her was excellent! Few parameters to consider/improve: The pillows are too thin, there are no duvet covers/bed sheets, no window's blinder and there's a strong room fragrance (but this depends on each one's preferences 😊).

The apartment is very nicely decorated and we immediately felt very comfortable. In 5 minutes walk there is a cozy little swimming opportunity. In phases we did not have hot water in the apartment. When we reported it to the owners, they immediately fixed the defect and moved the check-out to the back as a courtesy. We would definitely come back!

A lovingly furnished Bijou, very homely, clean and cozy, lots of space and with everything you need ... just like in the photos. Very comfortable bed with direct balcony. Thanks Luciana, we felt very comfortable and were able to relax wonderfully. Arbedo is a peaceful place and an ideal starting point for motorcycling, biking and hiking. Somewhat limited with small children, but that was already known beforehand. Well equipped and really nicely decorated. Newly renovated bathroom.

I really enjoyed the personal, very friendly welcome. The apartment has everything it needs for a short or longer stay. Very clean, very good wifi, parking in front of the door. Great base as a starting point for hikes in beautiful Ticino

We stayed here for the second time and not for the last time. The house has fully met our needs (with children 5 and 8). The car-free surroundings, with playground, old stone houses, chestnut forest, cable car and hiking opportunities, as well as the proximity to Bellinzona was ideal for us. Questions could be answered quickly with Manuel. We highly recommend the Rustico and the host.
