Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bellinzona District

We had a great stay immersed in nature and enjoying the serenity of this amazing property. Florian and Lina are offering a true “AirBnB Classic”. In other words, this is not a property bought solely to be monetized via AirBnB. And you feel it! You actually get to stay in the day-to-day home of the hosts and travel in their universe for a few days. It’s what AirBnB was originally meant to be but rarely is anymore. Sure, this may also mean a quirk or two (hint: remember to bring your own set-top box for the TV) but none that really matters. I highly recommend this property and will not pause to book a stay there again.

Wir haben uns in der Casa di Kokoro wie zu Hause gefühlt - es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet: in der großen, gemütlichen Küche ist wirklich alles, alles da was man braucht um zu gut zu kochen und sich wohlzufühlen, und auch alles was wir sonst benötigt haben war da - ob ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen, einen Babystuhl oder Badezimmerartikel. Alles war perfekt sauber und sehr wohnlich. Das Haus ist deutlich geräumiger als auf den Bildern, wir hatten reichlich Platz (als zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern). Besonders gut für den Winter: es war sehr angenehm temperiert (Fußbodenheizung in den Räumen), und der Kamin in der Küche sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Amanda war als Host sehr aufmerksam und freundlich: Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien bestückt, sie hat mehrfach nach uns gefragt und uns direkt geholfen. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer oder Boulderer, und es gibt klasse Tips von der Gastgeberin noch dazu.

Siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente da Soraya che ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi della casa e ci ha dato delle preziose indicazioni sulla zona e su come muoverci con i mezzi di trasporto. L’ alloggio è molto carino e al nostro arrivo era molto pulito ed ordinato. I servizi che sono nella descrizione corrispondono a quelli che sono realmente offerti. La casa si trova in un’ area particolarmente tranquilla e davvero caratteristica. Facendo pochi minuti di camminata si può arrivare ad una fermata del bus da cui poter raggiungere il centro di Bellinzona che si trova a pochi chilometri da Gorduno. Fortemente consigliato!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Lage und sie war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchte. Wir kommen definitiv im Sommer wieder, denn das Grillen stelle ich mir da super vor !

Un endroit merveilleux, très bien entretenu et parfaitement aménagé. La vue était splendide. Le logement est très agréable, et la terrasse est un vrai plus : même en cas de mauvais temps, elle reste utilisable. Nous nous réjouissons déjà d’y revenir ! Antonella a été très prévenante tout au long de notre séjour. Même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés en personne, elle nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires avec beaucoup de réactivité.

Ce logement est un véritable havre de paix ! L'endroit est merveilleux, invitant à la détente et offrant une expérience tout à fait atypique. Nous avons adoré l'atmosphère reposante qui s'en dégage. Un petit point d'attention cependant pour les futurs voyageurs : l'accès à pied peut être un peu difficile, surtout si vous êtes accompagnés d'une personne ayant des difficultés de mobilité. Il est bon de le prendre en considération avant de réserver. Il est également important de noter qu'une remontée mécanique facilite l'accès, mais celle-ci n'est accessible que jusqu'à 21h30 pour les personnes n'ayant pas d'abonnement. Malgré ces points, le service a été impeccable. L'hôte est incroyablement réactif, très arrangeant et d'une gentillesse remarquable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux. En résumé, un séjour mémorable dans un lieu enchanteur, avec un hôte au top !

Typisches Rustico, bei dem auf jedem Stockwerk nur ein Zimmer ist. Alex hat es sehr liebevoll renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Idealer Standort für Ausflüge wie z.B. zum Lago, zum Luganer See oder ins Verzasca -Tal. Es gibt auch sehr schöne Wanderwege in die Kastanienwaelder direkt vor der Haustür. Leider hört man dort die Autobahn. Im Dorf und im Haus ist es aber absolut ruhig. Alex ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, antwortet sehr schnell. Für Tessin-Freunde einfach zu empfehlen.

Nous avons logé chez Piroska pour le week-end à l’occasion d’un mariage. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était très propre. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire. Piroska a été très réactive et arrangeante. Tout a été parfait.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cecilia!! It was a beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony. The area is extremely peaceful and with great access to neighborhood restaurants, the nearby cities of Ascona, Locarno, the lake, the mountains, and plenty of hiking opportunities. It was a great holiday, and Petra was an excellent host, very friendly and great with the communication.

Milena's apartment is the perfect place to explore the beautiful region of Ticino. The apartment is really homely and has everything you could need. The bed is large and so comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Alles war extrem sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht – einfach atemberaubend! 😍 Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! 💯🙏

Everything was perfect!! The apartment was spacious, well furnished and so comfortable!! Kitchen was well stocked with premier utensils. The location was great to explore the waterfront and beautiful surroundings. We parked in the 30 minute lot at the head of the street to load and unload. The parking pass that he provided for us was a key benefit. We would highly recommend Stefano’s apartment and would surely stay there again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der zentral in Ascona gelegenen Wohnung. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die schöne Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war äusserst rasch und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Très bel accueil, nous avons passé un très agréable moment avec Miahoua et sa petite fille qui est particulièrement adorable. C’est une hôte chaleureuse et bienveillante. On se sent tout de suite « comme à la maison ». Nous recommandons à 100 %, de plus, l’endroit est juste magnifique.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

Unser kürzlicher Familienurlaub in der Villa war einfach perfekt! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir von dem luxuriösen Komfort (ein beheizter Aussenpool und eine interne Sauna), der atemberaubenden Aussicht und der ruhigen Atmosphäre, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich magisch machte, weggefegt. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der eine luxuriöse Flucht, Ruhe und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sucht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren!

Merci à sylvia pour son accueil très chaleureux, elle est soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes et met son magnifique appartement à notre disposition ainsi que sa piscine privée. Très bien situé pour visiter Lugano et ses alentours, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve avec un cadre idéal.

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!
