Beautiful cottage, very well equipped and decorated. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and well thought out. Impeccable cleanliness. Nestled in a green setting, an extremely quiet and soothing place. Excellent starting point for visiting the area (by motorbike, it's pure joy). We had a great time with friends, we'll be back!

Very good work and relaxation stay with the main executives of our company. The welcome and the multiple possibilities offered by the premises and its environment fully satisfied us during these three nights. I recommend it.

A lovely place with all necessary amenities. Quiet area, but close to towns (Polliat, Bourg and Bresse) for excursions. Jean is a super friendly host who makes the stay even more enjoyable than it already is. Recommended!

Hello Great stay at the Manor with cousins. It's very large, suitable for children of all ages with lots of games and a huge fenced park. The orangery for family dining is superb. Lots of amenities and large rooms. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. We recommend

The location of the apartment is simply enchanting. For me with three dogs, an absolute dream in the middle of the forest❤️. The accommodation itself was also wonderful and I felt very comfortable and at home right away. I can only recommend the apartment🙏🏻❤️. Thanks for a great stay 😊

2nd stay at the chalet Everything is clean, comfortable, very good bedding. Beautiful space both inside and outside. Pierre is always very welcoming and available We would recommend it without a problem.

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Great stay in the resort in summer, good recommendation from the host (goat cheese!), the accommodation is perfect, I recommend it!

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and well insulated. It is in the city center of Annecy, close to a shopping center and Lake Annecy a 10min walk away. Great location to explore the city on foot or bike! Guillaume was able to recommend good places (restaurants, bakeries, free parking...) and even lend us a crib and a high chair for our stay😊.

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

Although we have been staying with Nathalie for several years, she always manages to surprise us with her attentiveness. Upon entering, the fans were already on to keep the room cool and in the fridge a cooling mat was ready for our dog. Nathalie really thinks of everything and you will not lack anything. Lovely apartment, very close to the lake and a short walk to Annecy centre. Richard was a great host and gave lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

The place looked exactly like the photos—so glad I booked Severine’s apartment! It’s a charming, clean, and very comfortable one-bedroom that far exceeded our expectations. Severine was an excellent host. The location is great: about a pleasant 25–30 minute walk to Annecy Vieille Ville and around 15 minutes to the lake. I loved strolling through the neighborhood, which felt safe even late at night. Public transportation was easy to access, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. Severine even recommended a fantastic restaurant where we celebrated my mother’s birthday. There’s also a lovely patisserie just around the corner with a wide selection of pastries, bread, and delicious sandwiches. I’d absolutely book again!

We had a great week's vacation at Hélène's property. She gave us a very warm welcome. His apartment has very nice views of the lake and garden. A terrace allows us to enjoy extraordinary calm and sunset. His apartment is very functional, very tidy, clean, and offers freshness on the hottest days. The village of Clairvaux is very cute, and is quickly accessible. We are within a 30-minute drive to visit the waterfalls, lakes, and viewpoints... We thank Hélène for hosting us and for her kindness.

Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and all the attention to make our short stay go smoothly. It was a small stop for a single night on the occasion of a wedding but given the location it would be perfect for a longer stay.

I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
