Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. We left delighted, and with the desire to come back soon. Thank you so much!”

Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Philippe's cottage is in a green setting, between the fields and the forest. The kitchen is convenient and has all the necessary equipment (many appliances, blenders, dishes etc.) The mountain decoration is tastefully chosen and the furniture and bedding of good quality. We had a lovely weekend with friends with our kids.

Listing as described: very good for 1 couple of hikers like us: lots of beautiful things to see around (Hedgehog Falls, viewpoints and many others) Morgan was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present on arrival for all the explanations and for our departure. Very convenient private parking during this weekend when all the parking lots in Annecy were full! 10 minutes walk to the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.
