Townhome vacation rentals in Bellevue, Nashville

We had an amazing time at the house - very impressed with how clean it was and the surrounding area. Tito's Mexican Restaurant is a short 2 blocks away - highly recommend as the food was amazing and staff was over the top friendly! My only very small complaint was finding the garage behind the house, it took us a few trips circling the house to find the driveway to the garages. And the address wasn't on the garage doors so we weren't sure which one was #3, but easily figured it out. The cliff/drop off when pulling out of the garage was a bit scary, had to have someone out there to let me know how close we were to the edge when pulling out. Street parking was available though so we did that the rest of the nights. If coming back to TN in the future, would 100% stay here again.

Such a cute little place and in a good location that’s not too far from the zoo, Broadway, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for our next Nashville trip!

Deidre was a wonderful host. She was very quick and responsive when we needed her. The place was clean and had such cute decor. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very quiet home that is located, conveniently within 5 miles of downtown Nashville and other attractions. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Outstanding job David! I was impressed with David’s communication from beginning to end. He is a consummate professional! The townhouse was very clean and had everything that my friends and I needed. The area was nice and quiet and was 2 miles from downtown. My friends and I were all in agreement that we will use David’s townhouse again. I am a 27 year retired military veteran, and I was impressed with David’s attention to detail. David has my “STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION” for anyone looking for an Air BNB townhome in the Nashville, Tn area. Thank you David for making my us feel at home. Very respectfully, Duane

Quick uber ride to Broadway. We enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop patio. We loved that it had so much space and was well looked after and nicely decorated. Not a neighbourhood I would feel safe to walk around so we didn’t and that was fine.

We had a great stay at this airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It felt like a home away from home, and i’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you again Dustin!

Place was spotless when we arrived and actually smelled good. Gated area was a plus and we felt safe. Host was very pleasant and had great communication skills. We would stay again.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Jen and Shane are amazing hosts and the air bnb was perfect for a bachelorette! Located around other air bnb’s and felt safe at all times. Super comfortable, had all the basic necessities and more! Hosts made it personable which was awesome. Hosts provided great service, compassion, and responses to any questions that I had. Aesthetically pleasing and looked and felt clean. Beds were super comfortable and pillows were AMAZING. Everything outlined in description was accurate. We all felt appreciated and Jen and Shane were so accommodating and kind! Would definitely come back to Nashville and this air bnb!

Toni’s place was everything and more than what I expected. Was only a short 10 minute car ride to down town Nashville and only 30 minutes from the race track where we spent most of our time. It was only minutes from the airport in a quiet neighborhood for when you come back and want to get some rest. Toni was amazing, she gave us detailed instructions on how to get to her place and how to get inside for our stay. Her house was clean and I felt right at home. I will be staying here again next time I am in Nashville

I would definitely book this place again! It is perfect for 2 friends that want separate bedrooms/bathrooms! (Or 2 couples etc.) First time staying in East Nashville- so so so much to do there and can definitely tell it is becoming the place to be for the non-Broadway demographic. Definitely check out Rosemary & The Beauty Queen for cocktails, and Forevermore for coffee amongst many others! That being said - Broadway/other neighborhoods are just a close Uber (or drive!) away! Host was very easy to reach and communicated proactively.

We had a great time staying here for my friend’s bachelorette! The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. While the location isn’t right by Broadway, it was only a short Uber ride away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and a perfect spot to celebrate. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the lower bunk beds for added comfort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay at one of Harley’s properties again!

Kate’s place was easily accessible and just as the photos looked. The included parking was super easy and huge bonus. It was quiet and super easy to get to downtown Nashville. Walkable if you want.

This property speaks home away from home upon walking through the door. It covered my needs for 2. It's very convenient in regards to location. Very close to downtown and anything else you would need. The beds were definitely worth a mention. My daughter and I both said to each other in the morning that it was the best night's sleep away from home. i think it was actually better. I'll be making upgrades to my home lol. The back door off a nice open kitchen led to a BBQ I fired up, a perfect sitting area for morning coffee and if you choose, a little fire pit to enjoy a campfire and s'mores. I truly felt at home and will certainly be booking again!

Had an amazing time here with a group of 9. The place was super fun with lots to do especially in the garage. It comfortably slept 9 of us and had enough amenities too. It was very clean. Very close to broadway and other food/drink locations near by! Doug was a great host & I would recommend & stay here again.

my tennis team (almost all in our thirties or early forties) stayed here for a tournament and it was just what we needed! clean, relaxing, beautiful, comfy. it was in the perfect location for us. Melissa was so responsive and went above and beyond to be supportive of us as a team. very close to lots of great restaurants in the Town, square and MTSU.

We had a great time here for our girls trips! The location was great and Emily was a great host and gave so many wonderful recommendations. Having the private pool was a nice bonus as well.
