We were very pleased with our stay. The host responded quickly and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was in a central location making it a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping.

At first glance, we were worried about the neighborhood. After we got settled in, it was very quiet. No Problems at all. The little duplex is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the beaches without breaking the bank. It's an older home but has been renovated to be nice. It is definitely worth the price. Chayris is very proactive and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is very nice, everything was very clean. We appreciate being able to check in earlier. It’s a very quiet, comfortable, and safe space. We would definitely come back.

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

I highly recommend staying at Nina and Bob's Airbnb. It was an excellent choice for my family and our dog, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The property is conveniently located near a larger city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the home was impeccably clean and had a pleasant fragrance, creating an inviting atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach. We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

This place was exactly as described! It was extremely clean and they went above and beyond to provide extras. Plenty of towels and all pool/beach stuff you could need! Very responsive and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Will return it in the area again!

This was the perfect homebase for our beach vacation! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful landscaping! Eric provided a lot of beach amenities like a cooler, chairs, and a wagon that made the vacation just that much easier. We’ll definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This location and place was an amazing beach trip! Larry and Kelley were great at communication and making sure we had everything we needed! It’s right on the beach and had everything we could have wanted!

Kelley was an amazing host. The amenities were exactly what my husband and I needed. Everything is 10 minutes away or less for driving, and the beach is just a 30 second walk out the door. Kelley was responsive the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back if it’s available to book again!

being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!
