A farmhouse in the heart of the Perche (between Mortagne and Bellême) in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of greenery (flower garden and adjoining orchard on an area of more than one hectare). The house is a through house, facing east/west, and enjoys the setting sun. It was renovated in 2024. It has a large living/dining room of 60 m2 with a large glass roof overlooking the garden and 6 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 5 upstairs). It's great for a weekend getaway with family or friends.

You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
