Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

Beautiful house, in a quiet place and with excellent views of the mountains. Very comfortable and with the necessary amenities for everyone. Totally recommendable.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

Great house. We were several friends with children and teenagers and the house is ideal for sharing in different spaces and super comfortable to sleep. More than recommended. The pool is spectacular.

The cabin is very accessible for those who go by bus. There is a warehouse 1 block away, a wood store 20 meters away, and good restaurants 3 blocks away. Very quiet setting. Beach 2 blocks away. Recommended for resting.

I loved being in Matin's house, very comfortable with everything you need. Very kind and always attentive to everything. My parents arrived before me and entered easily; thanks to the firewood that Martin had left, the house was warm when I arrived. The tub is spectacular. I would definitely come back💯. A nice touch was that the gas bottle ran out and there was another extra one loaded, and he also took care of ordering the firewood for me. Excellent!!! He was present at all times and helped me a lot since I don't live in Uruguay. Thank you

Ana Ines' house is impeccable!!! As seen in the photos. We found it super comfortable and convenient, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. Ana is charming, always attentive to what we might need and was kind enough to grant us a late check-out since the weather was not the best for us to enjoy the beach.

Just a great place to unwind and relax. Leonardo is a fantastic host with great recommendations and he went above and beyond with wonderful little touches in the house. I would love to stay here again!

The cottage is beautiful, everything is extremely thoughtful and cared for. Very well equipped. It has absolutely everything you need for a weekend of disconnection. The hosts are great and everything flows very easily. We will be back!

I went the first days of June, the house is super warm but in case it is necessary, it has air conditioning. The view of the house is incredible and the property is beautiful, I went with my dog and I really enjoyed it. It has all the utensils you need, the shower has good pressure and the water is super hot. It's a super nice place. We didn't see Florencia, but she was always very attentive to all my needs, very loving. I recommend it and I would stay without thinking again.

We spent some very pleasant days. The accommodation is everything as shown and described. You quickly feel like "at home." Each space is enjoyable in its own way, from the grillboard in the background to the huge stove in the middle of the house. The area is quiet. Surely we will go again! The house is a dream, from the location to the house itself, you enjoy it so much you don't want to leave. All the impeccable services and amenities. The person who rents to you is the same person who opens the house for you, super willing, very good response and kind. Always attentive with affection. The photos don't reflect how nice the house and amenities are, it's much nicer in person. It's worth the trip! Ideal for families and large groups!
