Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bella Vista

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Wow... really beautiful home, the pictures doesn't even describe just how pristine and beautiful the home really is. But the make-or-break part of any trip for me, is interacting with the host and the staff. Jose's staff is excellent! What a pleasure... they are outstanding... super friendly, helpful, responsive. I travel often, and I use Abnb quite often and I'd rate this as one of my best experiences. It's in the city center Este Santo Domingo so everything is close (shopping mall, restaurants), the beach is a few miles away approx 20-25 min drive depending on the traffic I recommend spending a day in Boca beach. Theres are a few night clubs that are close as well. Thank you Jose, I definitely look forward to staying with you on another trip!

We came back for a second stay, and it was just as good as the first time! The hosts are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. From the moment we booked, they made sure everything was perfectly arranged and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and that kind of hospitality is rare to find. We felt welcomed, supported, and completely at ease throughout our stay. It’s no surprise we came back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Highly, highly recommended!

This house is beautiful. There were two ladies there as housekeepers that were wonderful. Jennifer and Christina. They made breakfast every morning and took great care of us. They were both very kind and made the stay so much better. We also hired the driver that was suggested for the whole week (Rafael). He was amazing and so helpful. Everything was wonderful!

The place was super clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms very comfortable, it is nicer than the pictures. Carlos responded immediately and was attentive, I would definitely come back.

The peacefulness of this location is amazing. It is a perfect location to go and rest and enjoy the nature. If you want a place where you get away from the city life or normal beach life and enjoy the nature.

This is an excellent place where you feel out of the routine and have an excellent time in every aspect, the area is super comfortable or rather extremely comfortable and the host is a super good person who is attentive to any questions or anything you need, 100% recommended

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we felt right at home. It is super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for resting, spending time with the family and unwinding in a quiet atmosphere. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, friendly and always making sure that everything was perfect. The experience was excellent and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The place is great for families or couples, great for sharing and lounging from the city. The pool is incredible and children friendly. You have all the basics for home cooking. The place is close to downtown and is very easy to get to, but it is also away and you have a lot of peace and privacy with a beautiful view of the sky and the beautiful sunrise. The children have space to run and play in a beautiful patio. Priamo was always very attentive. I would definitely return to this wonderful place.
