ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .

Excellent apartment, but they should take better care of the general cleanliness. The bathroom is very dirty, the carpet or the furniture in the living room smells bad...

I love the balcony view , pretty nice a morning coffee or breakfast, Samantha place is very good and convenient for Couples and single man , bed was ok for me . This place now it’s my top list for my single trip in DR .

Omg it was a sucha beautiful place. And I had an experience within those days that I had spent over there. All my was asking me about that place every time I posted a video or a picture on my social media. Recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for my annual month-long stay in Santo Domingo and I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice! The building itself is fantastic – well-maintained, modern, and perfectly located in a peaceful yet convenient area. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym. The pool area provided a great spot to relax and unwind, and the gym had everything I needed for my daily workouts. The kitchen was fully equipped with perfect amenities, making it easy to cook whenever I wanted to enjoy a meal at home. But the nearby delivery options were also ra: tegThe apartment felt like a home away from home, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was arranged. A big thank you to Ydarmis for being such an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and made sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Her attention to detail and hospitality really made my stay great, and I will definitely be returning to this spot if I can.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and tidy. I had already stayed in other apartments of Carlos and I will repeat because he is an excellent host.

Very cute apartment. Had all the necessary tools for the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and laundry had everything we needed. living room was nice and relaxing. There was construction going on outside which may bother some, but we were ok with it. We enjoyed our stay

Place was great to stay. I went for a few days but plans changed so I left a day early. Location is great. Close to supermarkets, malls and located in an upscale area.

Great location, cant get any better than that. Apartment was very cozy. The jacuzzi is a perfect! Everything was just perfect. Near alot of great restaurants will definitely recommend. Security was also great.

Absolutely nice and cozy place. The Arpel 07 is a wonderful tower to be in. The price is perfect for what you get more if you consider the location.
