Newly-built sunny studio apartment with separate eat-in kithchen and spacious bath, across the street from the water in the peaceful waterfront community of Shorefront Park in South Norwalk. 15 min. walk to South Norwalk shops, restaraunts and the train station (65 min train ride to NYC). Private kepypad entrance, washer/dryer, eat-in kitchen, free off-street parking, wifi, central AC. Please note the house next door will be under construction beginning mid-May; it may be noisy during the day

1-bed cottage just redone, in the charming beach town of Rowayton! There's a separate living room, bathroom and a small kitchenette, perfect for a couple or family. Bedroom has a king size bed. Pullout couch in the living area can be setup as a queen bed (you walk thru the living room to access bedroom). This cottage is in the backyard of our main house; you will need to walk thru our grassy backyard to access it. Please know our dog and two young children may be running around in the backyard!

Just like the photos; very nice, well kept separate cottage adjacent to garage, beautifully manicured grounds. very clean bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Lynn was a wonderful host. This was my first private room in a host’s home and Lynn made me feel very welcomed and at home straight away. She did an excellent job at balancing hosting and providing space. She was happy to give recommendations for places to see, eat, enjoy live music & park to avoid crowds and fees. She was even thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs in case Mother Nature was too loud for my likings. The room boasted a great view of the sound and was private enough from the rest of the living spaces!

Great stay and highly recommended. A typical New England style house with the charm and quirks that come with it. I would never say not to stay here but to make sure you are a good fit for the home. We should have paid closer attention as our toddler had to be watched like a hawk. This is in no way the house or owners fault. Beyond that 13/10, amazing location, all walkable, and a fantastic quiet community. Our child loved the park that was one block away and the dad's loved the location being so close the NHRL robot combat facility. Great beach community and quiet enough to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the breeze.

Julie’s place is lovely, VERY clean with gorgeous new appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The space is quite large, in the basement of their home. She is an excellent communicator, everything went smoothly. Would stay here again!

Robert’s tiny home was a great affordable pet-friendly option for a stopover in the NYC area. I appreciated the large fenced yard in which the dogs could run off leash. The tiny home was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I appreciated that it had shower and toilet facilities in the house.
