Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Wonderfully decorated and well stocked home. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens, soft towels, comfortable furnishings. Extremely clean. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. Absolutely wonderful people. Town is super walkable with easy access to hiking trails. Would stay again for sure!

Jennifer was a fantastic hostess. She was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was fabulous! It was perfect for 11 of us who were in town for a reunion. It was perfectly clean and so well appointed. Very comfortable beds. The kids especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. I would recommend it to anyone.

Carolyn was quick and responsive with my questions from when I first started looking to book to check out. The house is large, plenty of room. It is on a busy street but was still able to walk the neighborhood and felt safe sitting outside on the porch. The house had all the amenities needed and didn't need to bring much from home or purchase. We really had a nice time with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only things I would change are to add a few mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready and out on time.

Great weekend! Place was in a cute/safe dead end street in town (Mayberry vibe town) - walking distance to downtown & only about 30 min drive to Cumberland Falls (well worth the drive)! We were there to see family & it was very convenient! Pics doesn’t do the home justice!! Modern & all recently renovated! Enjoyed sitting on the porch with coffee. Very comfy & felt at home! The host was very sweet & got back to us literally in minutes…. We’ll definitely be back! So glad we found this gem!

We were in town for work but love unique stays so we picked this cabin and the whole experience was great from the stay to the surroundings to the host.

Great place to stay and close to everything. John accommodated us last minute and made sure we had evrything we needed to get settled in on our last minute trip.

Had a wonderful stay here. House was unique and fit our group's needs perfectly. Our host was very responsive before we actually booked as our group's size was changing. My daughter had fun feeding the donkeys on the property across the street.

So glad we found this Airbnb for our spring break trip with family! The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed this beautifully decorated home. It is very cozy and comfortable both inside and outside in the back yard. Modern appliances, super comfortable beds, a nice kitchen to cook in and modern bathrooms with walk in showers! The view of the mountains in the backyard was a nice surprise, as well as the beautiful silver maple tree. This Airbnb was spotless...not a speck of dust anywhere. If you are visiting the Middlesboro KY area and need a place to stay, I recommend you stay here. You won't regret it!

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

Janice and Shelby were great hosts. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area. It offers convenient access to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.

We've stayed at Kim’s property multiple times and it never disappoints. It's always convenient, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect for our needs, and we love how easy everything is during our stay. This visit was no different—smooth, relaxing, and just as great as always. This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

We enjoyed our stay in Bean Station. Cliff was very helpful and always available when we needed something. Would definitely come back❤️

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

It was such a great little spot. The directions are not accurate using Airbnb. We called Elizabeth and she helped us. It's just so nice and convenient to boat.

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 4). The Condo was really nice and fit our family's needs. Beautiful location and views, the decks were great to sit and relax on. The screened-in porch came in really handy at night time to sit and chat or play games. The kids enjoyed going to the pool before and after boating. The condo had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this place to everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.
