Welcome to the "L'ENTRACTE ARTISTIQUE" cottage Saint-Jacques locality in La Perrière 61360 "Village Millénaire du Perche" This cottage is offered to you by two artists from the world of entertainment, who decided to take a break in La Perrière a few years ago, and ended up settling there. And it is in order to make you discover the Perche, its well-being and our various passions, that we created this cottage. Our rate is 65.00 euros per night, and we rent for a minimum of 2 nights.

Casa Moon is designed for 4 people, it offers a real cozy nest. The bed placed in front of the large bay window provides a unique awakening. Cozy & ultra functional, full of charm, it has everything to ensure a great stay. Its office in front of the window will attract lovers of creative retreats and teleworking in the great outdoors. Casa Moon guests have access to a heated Nordic bath with Scandinavian accents in the winter, it is located on the lake, a sublime experience

Ideally located in the pretty historic district of Bellême, the single-story accommodation offers a rustic, sober and warm setting that will delight lovers of authenticity and simplicity. An easily convertible and comfortable sofa and armchair furnish a bright living room with soft notes of wood, lime and exposed stone. In addition, there is a large shared entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a courtyard adorned with flowers and greenery.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two cities classified as a small town of character. You can admire the Basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions within the area. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..

Village house in the historic center of Bellême. Very well equipped, the house has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Absolute calm. We took special care to the decoration. Between antiques and more recent pieces, we hope a successful mix&match;) Free parking. Installed, you can do everything without car. Departure of hikes, shops on site. Rate per night: 2 persons/ room. If occupancy 1 person/ room, 40€ extra. Discounts applicable starting over 3 nights

This charming village house, perfect for 1-4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a shower room. Self check-in by secure key box, childcare equipment and concierge services available on request.
