This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Yunus was very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed extra time for check out. He worked with us with what we needed throughout the holiday, and often messaged to check everything was ok. The place was cosy and clean. There were most essentials in the cupboard, and Yunus provided two industrial size bottles of drinking water for when we arrived. I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for money and it was one of a few villa's we could find in Antalya with six bedrooms.

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

The villa was as shown in the photos. It was also very clean and tidy. Mr. Ali answers any of your questions quickly, a place to come and stay with friends and family.

Great host, great price and great accommodation. Perfect for my solo trip away but with plenty of space for a family or friend group to stay. Walking distance to land of legends and beaches!

Its nice quite place with beautiful view, there is bedroom and dining room combined with kitchen. The hosts and their dog were very friendly. To compare to other place options around thiscarea we found here good balance price/space/ quality.

We really enjoyed staying at Serap's place. It was really comfortable, spacious and the house is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc.) and clean. It is quite and peaceful, the view at the mountains and forest is amazing. You can easily plan hiking trips to the nearby locations (eg. Trebenna) and enjoy gozleme restaurant which is 10min walking distance. The only drawbacks were lack of wifi during our staying (it was due to the service provider, Serap made it up for us though which was much appreciated) and the distance to the rocks for climbing (by car its around 15min, it was known already during booking). I highly recommend the place if you look for a comfortable and peaceful spot! :) perfect for a group of friends or a family.

The apartment is very easy to find and lot of parking spaces here. I found no difficulty during the check in. It’s spacious and very similar to the photos they posted. I have enjoyed the gym and outdoor swimming pool during my stay. Would recommend to those who stay in Antalya.

We had a lovely weekend before the New Year. Super spot to enjoy the fresh air and nature. Mr. Durali responded to all our questions during check-in and checkout and stay and was helpful. We took walks in the evening and picked and ate these times of the year from the local mushrooms that came out.(Mr. Durali informed us about this) We think we will prefer it because it is very close to the center of Antalya. A nice, quiet apartment in a townhouse complex a little away from the tourist jumble . From the apartment on the upper floor, beautiful view of the mountain. The surrounding area is very well maintained. The beach and shopping are within walking distance.

Cozy and cost-effective place to stay!

It was the same as in the visuals, the house was very clean, there was no problem

A lovely little lodge, perfect to relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are 3 matching lodges each with their own pool, and we were lucky to stay while the others were empty so it was quiet and private. The surrounding area feels like it is not quite finished, but there was no work going on during our stay so it was not a problem. The lodge is sweet but would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I think this is clear from the listing and it was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were just enough for 2 guests. We had powercuts on arrival and departure days which were inconvenient as we arrived in darkness, and the powercut on the last day meant we couldn't use wifi or make a coffee. Hüseyin is very responsive to questions, and he suggested a car hire company which we used. I don't think we would have managed without the car as it is a remote location and we don't speak Turkish so arranging taxis would have been impossible.

Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Extremely spacious rooms and shared living spaces. It was extremely comfortable that each room had its own bathroom. The house was delivered to us very clean. We usually spent time in the pleasant garden, including dinners. In the summer months you will have a much more pleasant time with the use of the pool.
