The accommodation is entirely for our guests. Christine or Dominique will be there to welcome you in a warm and relaxed way. This will allow you to feel comfortable and serene, after sometimes long hours of travel. If you wish, we can give you the right addresses as well as the various sites to visit. So you'll be ready to take on the city. Nestled in the heart of old Rouen with its medieval streets and houses that defy the laws of balance, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the many good restaurants, bistros and cozy shops located nearby. The journey between Rouen Rive Droite train station and the apartment takes about ten minutes on foot. If you arrive by car you can park your vehicle, at the parking lot of the Hôtel de Ville a few meters from the apartment by exiting at "Pedestrian walkways" (It costs 15 Euros per 24 hours). Another parking lot about 8/9 minutes away also exists for the same rate: Palais de Justice ("Cathédrale" pedestrian exit). This parking lot is much cleaner, larger, and the spaces are more spacious. Otherwise, parking can be done on the street, with limited time and parking meters. Street parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays. At the bottom of the building, bikes are available for rent. Finally, public transportation by bus is minutes away. Subject to letting us know in advance, check-in can be done 24/7 at no extra cost

The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.

Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can enjoy 30-degree water, deckchairs and an ice maker. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with a barbecue along the Seine with nice, modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and the Seine. Beds with linen sheets are provided and towels as well.

the "la Bohème" bungalow has a capacity of 4 people, it has two bedrooms, which consists of a double bed, and a 90 cm bed. House linen is provided, a bed and a high chair for baby. In the living room there is a Scandinavian sofa bed for 2 people, a TV (Wi-Fi) table, chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, induction hob, vintage refrigerator, a Senseo coffee machine (with pods), a kettle. The bathroom is quite spacious

Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
