Great place to stay especially if you plan to break your journey enroute to Goa. Vaibhav is an excellent host and very responsive. House is beautiful and we had a comfortable overnight stay. Location wise it’s slightly on the outskirts of the city and approach isn’t great with narrow roads leading to this place. Once you are inside the place, it a good property with privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at Pristine Bungalow in Kolhapur. The beautiful interiors, elegant furniture, and peaceful ambiance made it a perfect retreat. Surrounded by greenery, the bungalow offers a serene environment while being conveniently located near the Mahalakshmi Amma Temple. Though it has two bedrooms, it can easily accommodate more guests, thanks to the extra mattresses provided by the host. A unique advantage of this property is an option for separate restroom for the driver, which helped as we travelled with family. Check-in was seamless, and the host ensured a smooth experience. It's truly great value for money, and we couldn't think of any major drawback(s). Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Kolhapur!

This was a last-minute booking and Abhay reached out to me saying there is some work going on at the property and offered to host us at another one of his listings - "Manikantha Farmhouse". The place was clean & comfortable. Abhay and the caretaker were easily available over phone and we had no issues checking in/out.

Great place to stay at Panhala fort where all tourist places can be reached within minutes. Clean, peaceful, and very comfortable place to stay. All needs are carefully taken care by the host. Highly recommended place to stay at Panhala.

we stayed at the property for 2 days. Avinash was truly a superhost and responded promptly to all our queries and also gave recommendations for sightseeing. but the star of the show has to be aaji( Avinash's mother). she made us feel at home instantly very soft spoken and yet she would take timeout to ask if we needed anything. her food was delicious. temple is walkable distance and surroundings are pristine. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Best place to stay, extremely helpful and friendly hosts with their paw friend Simba. Room was decent and had a pristine bathroom. We had a pleasant stay. Such places are hard to find in this locality!!

Extremely homely place. Super responsive host and was present in person to meet and expalin all the details. We reached late eveing and he had arranged home cooked delicious local food as desired for the dinner as well as in person delivered the same for night and morning breakfast. Well maitained property. Amey was very open to suggestions and personally asked for views. He captured smallest of details on things we suggested and made then available. Ihad my pet with me and he and ensured basic things like food bowls etc were availabe at the property for the pet. I would love to visit Amey's place again and would strongly recommned the property for people who would like to live at a place to experience home away from home in true sense.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and well-maintained. A sunrise and sunset point is just a 2-minute walk away, making for a perfect start and end to the day. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the tea and breakfast (available at a small extra cost), which was delicious. Highly recommend!

Mirje‘s deck is a greatplace for a family. Absolutely well kept. All toilets are clean. The only drawback is that for 3bhk tgete are only 2 Toilets. Cooking facility is there so if you want to cook then a clean kitchen with utensils is available .

It was an amazing experience to stay at Ayush’s place. He along with his co host made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We felt right at home when we entered into the house.
