This was such a lovely place to stay. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and had anything and everything we could possibly need. João was super friendly and quick to respond. He had many great recommendations as well! The neighborhood was safe, peaceful and had everything in walking distance! We would love to come back again someday and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

the place was perfect for us! fantastic location right in the middle of old town, so much to do locally. and there was games like uno and cards which were a lovely addition to play whenever we wanted.

Communication was wonderful and the location fantastic!! Beds comfortable, kitchen well appointed, bathrooms had all we needed. The apartment was roomy but also cozy- we wanted to stay longer!

We've just arrived home from celebrating our 40th in Lisbon. We had the BEST time there and this beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect in every way! Very comfortable, clean, quiet and stylish. We absolutely loved the balcony! It was great to sit out there after exploring Lisbon for a few hours before we headed out for the evening. And the views from the balcony were spectacular! Location was excellent too. Within walking distance of all the great places of central Lisbon. Not too busy but not too quiet either. Maria was an excellent host! Great communication throughout the whole process, from answering questions before booking to how to access the apartment on arrival and offering suggestions of places to visit if we needed them. I’m currently staying at this Airbnb, and I absolutely love it! The place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and smells amazing. The thoughtful touches, like the ironed sheets and the incredible welcome basket with wine, have made me feel so special. Plus, the fridge was fully stocked with everything you can think of, which was such a generous touch. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions, making it so convenient. I’m here for two more days, and I already know I’m going to miss this place. The host has gone above and beyond to ensure we have everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. We loved our stay in Lisbon! The apartment was well situated and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and lots of hangers. Hosts were responsive! Please note that we could not figure out the dry settings on the washer/dryer so that was our only disappointment. We did not use the kitchen but it looked well equipped.

A really nicely done space that was pleasant to stay. Quiet & relaxing. Great host! Even gave us Americans our extra needed coffee 😎. Able to cook there too. Nice small market next door. Several typical restaurants on the same block. Close drive to the beautiful Comporta beach area. At dusk, there are a lot of mosquitoes outside, so bring bug spay.

Alain is one of the best host we have had, responsive, always available and following up with us. Apartment was super clean, amazing location but once inside we couldn't hear any noises from surrounding activities. The rooftop has an amazing view, we enjoy some wine from there.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Alvor! Francisca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die bereitgestellten Spielsachen, Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Stühle und Buddelsachen – perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Kind. Die Strände in Alvor sind wunderschön, ideal zum Baden, Spielen und Entspannen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten – unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Dino Minigolf! Die Ferienanlage selbst bietet alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic location and a funky place. sadly the aircon wasnt working but Miguel was fantastic in looking after us and moving us to another property while it was fixed. the location is perfect just down from the Roman temple. a very walkable town if you are able. lots of steps in the house!

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. She took the time to personally meet us, brought us some fresh Pastéis de Belém and wine, which made our experience feel very special. Her instructions and recommendations were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and knew the best places to explore. Whether it was tips on local restaurants or guidance on how to navigate the area, her insights made our trip so much smoother. The space itself was cozy and well-equiped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The appartement is on 3 floors, there is 1 bathroom on 1st floor to be used for bedroom on 3rd floor. The other bathroom is within the masterbed room. We truly appreciate the personal touch and care that Sofia puts into hosting, and we would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great experience. She also accomodated an earlier check-in as our flights arrived early morning.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

Luisa is the best host. She personally welcomed us to the house, explained the history and showed us how various appliances worked, how to dry clothes, operate the windows etc. She sat down with a map to provide details of where we were located and what we could see and do in Evora. She also provided some local produce and explained its origin. She then lead the way in her car to the underground carpark. Such a relief not to have to navigate the narrow one way maze of streets on our own. The accommodation itself is fabulous, a converted former shop in the Jewish area with a brick ceiling and lots of arches, which belonged to her grandfather. The clever conversion fits in everything including a wardrobe and decent sized bathroom with a large bath. The furniture was comfortable and there were lamps and other thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is a good base from which to explore Evora. Highly recommended.

Wir waren mit Freunden 1 Woche in Laras Unterkunft und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super sauber gewesen. Lara war immer gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und der Pool hat den ganzen Tag Sonne! Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt von unserer Seite: Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen, lauten Landstraße in einem Wohngebiet in Aufbau. Man muss mit Baulärm rechnen. Vielen lieben Dank, Lara!! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

We enjoyed our stay at Duques Villa. Completely renovated historic property with plenty of room for two and all the modern conveniences. Extremely clean and comfortable. Relaxing outdoor area shaded by fruit trees with view of the river. Our host Lucinda was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Short drive or invigorating walk to city center. Recommended!

Maria was a great host and so helpful with anything requested. We had an issue with the lobby entrance of the building and she resolved this by communicating with the building management. We had a great time in the accomodation and felt relaxed for our week abroad with the children

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easily walkable to all the main attractions & sightseeing. Very clean. The kitchen has all the equipment to prepare breakfast or dinner. The bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend the apartment for a cost stay in Lisboa.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
