This bright apartment, on the 3rd and top floor of a 19th century bourgeois building is ideally located (beginning of Cours Aristide Briand), 500 m from Place de la Victoire, Rue Sainte Catherine, Place Pey-Berland and trams A and B. It is served by bus lines, including line 1 connecting the airport to the train station (stop at the foot of the building) and close to the République parking lot 200 m away.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free.
