Swallow’s Return is a newly refurbished single storey property, situated in a peaceful residential area, with open rural views to the rear. The property has been fully renovated to include two new bathrooms (one accessible) and a new kitchen. The open plan sitting room and dining area is filled with light, and overlooks the good sized garden and to the fields beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and high level WC. There are no steps inside the house.

The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

A minute from the sea, dog friendly with parking!

Sadly due to the catastrophic assault on the hospitality industry led by Rachel Reeves, we do not accept bookings from Labour MP’s. All other parties are warmly welcome. Number 9 is a gorgeous Norfolk pebbled cottage just 150m from the sea and in the heart of Sheringham. Our luxurious 5 bedroom house has parking for 3 cars, a garden, super fast broadband. BBQ, beach toys…! Dreamy beds, log burners, snug, sitting room and eat in kitchen. Dogs welcome .
