We loved our stay at this beautiful place very much. Definitely worth the effort! Neat , clean and in a quiet area.

We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

Jos is the friendliest Host I have ever met. He was so kind, that we felt right at home from the start.

We (2 friends) stayed there with our 2 daughters (under 3 years). The beds were ready for them, which we had asked for in advance. Super friendly lady! Responded very quickly to messages and questions. Very beautiful surroundings! BEAUTIFUL courtyard where we could sit quietly in the evening. Very nice view of a mountain. In the cottage itself you hear a lot because it is already an older cottage, but we did not mind it. Nice area and village with a number of restaurants and terraces. Tip: a 15-minute drive away you have the Mondo Verde park in Landgraaf

The place is quiet and very comfortable, the sauna is 1 person and we did not use it. The yurt is great, the bed sleeps wonderfully, the kitchen is very complete. One night is actually too short to enjoy everything. Rose is very welcoming, a warm welcome and a sweet attention on the table... Wonderful routes walked in the area and tested the terraces in Maastricht, 👌🏼

Beautiful home! We would definitely stay here again. So much charm and coziness with more than enough space for our family of 6. Roger was an excellent host giving lots of recommendations and was always available. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us! Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Yes, it’s a lot of stairs but that’s part of the charm and wasn’t an issue for us (would be for those with limited mobility)The extra toilet on the ground level was a nice bonus! Maastricht is a gorgeous little town, especially at Christmas. Roger and his family lovingly decorated for the holidays making it feel like home.

Very unique & rare to find place to stay, right at the premises of the renovated castle. Do the tour! Bus is nearby, only 15 min. to Maastricht city centre (every hour); it is 15 min by car to Valkenburg. A visit to Aachen (Germany) is nice! There’s a great restaurant with a good variety of choice <1 min. away from the accommodation. Amal/Ronny are great hosts, provided a full fridge and breakfast supplies and advises on what to see. The area is peaceful and sitting outside for breakfast listening to the birds and church bells is truly calming. The cozy bath is relaxing, we definitely recommended this stay!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished with everything you need with everything you need.

Staying with Miriam is the perfect combination between an oasis of peace and farm life. Mariam provided us with a warm welcome and excellent service. Just like the excellent service, everything in the B&B was taken care of down to the last detail. Our beloved four-legged friend was also welcomed with love from a second. Nothing but praise

After we had already had very pleasant contact with Marco a few times, our stay started in the stop. We picked up the key in Chateau St Gerlach (beautiful location) and 2 minutes away is the stop. We have not been bothered by the trains, just benefit because you are in Maastricht or Valkenburg in no time. We celebrated New Year's Eve very successful. the house has 2 great bedrooms, the loft is actually only for children. So perfect for our company. Kitchen has plenty of stuff to make some food. The garden is large, but little used by us due to the weather. Showering is a bit haned if you don't want to wet everything. Nice to rent something other than a standard cottage. The trains that pass by have an appeal to the children, but still plenty of privacy. Oh, the kids thought the WiFi was slow, nice time to get off those screens;)

We loved the place, it’s peacefulness and the friendly and relaxed hosts! You can enjoy the beautifully renovated old barn and its spacious garden with pool or easily go to the City Centre of Maastricht for sightseeing/shopping. Grocery stores are 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes walk. We will be back for sure :)))

The farm, of which the cottage is part, takes you back to earlier times. One of the nicest airbnb we've ever been to, lots of character. Great location, very nice host, we'll probably come back sometime.

We know Munstergeleen well, so easy for us to find. However worth telling new visitors that house is on one way street. Just one minute walk to local shop, Plus. Lots of lovely walks, or you could cycle. Bus also from nearby. Owner next door met us and gave us the key and explained how things work. Apartment has been renovated very nicely. Kitchen area has brand new induction hob, coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher and cooker we didn’t use. There’s plentiful supply of pots and pans and crockery of good quality. Brand new bathroom has shower with waterfall and movable shower heads ( big plus for women) Comfortable bed and plenty storage for clothes in wardrobe. Outside there’s a patio and seating area ( not used as winter) We chose because family live nearby, and didn’t need to have our own transport. Other visitors would need a car to get around the wider area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment and only cooked breakfast.

A very cozy cottage with a thoughtful host!

We spent a weekend in the JB house with my fiancé, we had a very good time, the place is clean and welcoming, in terms of comfort, the house provides you with all the amenities to feel as comfortable as possible. Note 10, we will definitely come back ! 😊

Beautiful, quiet area. Lots of greenery and yet within "walking distance" of Nuth, where we found everything we needed. The building itself is spacious and has everything needed, quietly located. Possibility to take beautiful walks or bike rides!

We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, warm, and absolutely nothing was missing, whether for our dog or for our baby. The small touches were really appreciated, it made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small negative point: access to the parking lot which is quite muddy in rainy weather, as well as the fact that the accommodation was not sufficiently heated before our arrival. Despite this, we will keep fond memories of our stay. Thanks again for hosting us!

The house is as it appears in the photos. I stayed 15 days and loved it. Heerlem is super nice, quiet and its people are very friendly. Jan is a fantastic host. You can talk to him perfectly. I'll be back

We had a girl - JGA party there and the location was just perfect!!! Ria and Peter are very lovely people who even helped us decorate. Thank you again, we had a great time in Col du Fatten!
