This is a one bedroom duplex with a living room, eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked, and another small lounging area in the basement. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Very close to public transportation, or a $10 to $20 Uber or Lyft to downtown and most attractions in the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, brewery all within walking distance. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet and relaxing 1 bedroom studio home with king bed. Only 18 minutes from downtown. Couch pulls out for added comfort, leg room and sleeping area.
