Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

Come and relax in our beautiful farm cottage with a private deck and garden surrounded by amazing rolling countryside. Perfect for spending some special time with your family. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

Magdalene Lodge, Cambridge Country Club

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Riverside Accommodation with private balcony

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

The Piggery - Country Getaway

Enjoy a unique stay in a picturesque rural setting, The Piggery is the perfect getaway for those looking for rest and relaxation. Located between Cambridge & London, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. Set in the 12 acre grounds of the manor house, once the family home and filming location for Britain's most famous TV chef, guests will have access to the gardens, outdoor pizza ovens, tennis court, swimming pool and fresh produce from the walled kitchen gardens.

Spacious Two Bedroom Lodge

A lovely spacious wooden lodge that sleeps 4 people, located in rural Northamptonshire. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate WC, master bedroom with double bed, bedroom two with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Outside the property boasts a covered balcony area, a private lawned garden and patio area. The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.

The Pool House at Upper Farm (near Thame/Oxford)

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
