Vacation rentals with a patio in Bedford

Just had a lovely couple of days away here. The long barn is in a really peaceful, quiet area. Ruth communicate well before and during our stay. Ruth showed us around when we arrived and checked all was OK when we bumped into her when we popped out. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen utensils etc and milk waiting in the fridge for a cuppa. The bed was huge and comfy. Ruth even left us a birthday card. lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

The studio is immaculate and very comfortable. We found it easily. We had a couple of questions before arrival which were helpfully and promptly answered. Our stay was very short and we had no need to contact Richard while we were there. We would definitely stay again if they will have us!

Susan was very friendly and helpful great host beautiful garden to sit in the sun and town isn’t too far of a walk. The dogs was great to make a fuss of and very friendly we really enjoyed our stay if we came back we would definitely stay again.

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped apartment, easy check-in and a free allocated parking space under the building (watch the introduction videos) – a well stocked Budgens is a few steps away, the park is across the road and MK shopping centres ten minutes’ walk away.

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook and it was in a great location for us. Christine was a friendly and helpful host and we would stay again!

Moilla was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend. The Property was as described and looked like the photos.

Booked this property in order to be able to take my elderly parents to see my niece (my parents granddaughter) and her children as trying to do the trip in one day - there and back from Yorkshire - is a little too much for them. The property is set in a quiet residential area which was ideal for us and not too far from where my niece lived. The property is well looked after and very well equipped. Would definitely consider booking again. Thanks Cheryl 😀

We felt right at home at the house, highly recommend, we got really lovely weather it was nice to walk around. The beds were all nice and comfortable and me and the family really enjoyed our stay. Anyone wishing to book I would say the listing is everything it says it is and more.

Clean tidy and quiet just what we needed after a hard days work

Great little cottage. David was extremely helpful on arrival with lots of knowledge of the local area. Great local countryside walks. Can recommend the two local pubs.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

Great place! Clean, tidy and warm (during a cold spell), in a pretty village that was easy to find. It had all the amenities I needed. Chista was friendly and welcoming and I would happily stay again.

A lovely quiet location but within easy access to places to visit. Everything you need in an Airbnb property and it was lovely seeing the chickens roaming around the garden. Park and ride easy to find and use and very cheap transport to Cambridge £2 per person each way. Had a lovely meal at The Cock in Huntingdon and a wonderful Anniversary meal at The Old Hall in Ely. We enjoyed our short break away.

Fantastic place and the pictures don’t do it justice!! A haven in the middle of nature but with spacious modern apartment and the outside area is completely amazing!! Rosalind was really helpful and responsive and even though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the views and peaceful surroundings, it’s only a few minutes to the shops and some lovely pubs!! Will definitely go back!!

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!
