Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. The garden has a trampoline, shelter with room for 4 people. The house is located on a quiet residential street in a scenic area with lots of forest and a fantastic beach 2.5 km from the house. We also provide a bicycle. The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
