Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is divided into two, and this part is 173 m2. Located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900 meters between both sides of the beach. High ceilings and lots of cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants, and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST with a wine and coffee bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works are located in the Café. Incl. bed linen, towel and bath towel per person.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.
