Het gaat hier om een eenvoudige kleine vakantiewoning die geschikt is voor bewoning voor een (klein) gezin. Het is “back to Basic” en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is niet luxueus. Dit prachtige stukje natuur ligt in de nabijheid van het dorp Boekelo. Het huisje ligt geheel vrijstaand met uitzicht over weilanden en bos waar wilde reëen grazen. Boekelo ligt op steenworp afstand en ook Enschede is dichtbij genoeg voor de mensen die tijdelijk naar de UT moeten voor hun werk.

By car you are in 10 minutes in Hengelo or Enschede. Borrowing bicycles is possible!

The Kapberg was completely newly built in 2019 and is fully equipped such as kitchen with boiler, built-in combination microwave and all standard necessities such as cutlery, plates and pans etc. Built-in radio, air conditioning, and stove are provided in the living room.
