This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

Lacinda's Cozy Home

Completely renovated in 2021, this home is ready for years of enjoyment! It is the perfect location for someone looking to attend the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament, Kings Island, Land of Illusion, and other great nearby attractions. This home would also be great for traveling medical professionals who need to be nearby the hospitals in the area. Beckett Ridge offers the conveniences of suburban living plus interstate access so working professionals can easily get to the city when needed.

Retreat to a Boho Chic Guesthouse in a Leafy Family Suburb

Get comfy swaying in the macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in the bright kitchen and snuggle up on a cozy banquette. This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

She offers 1800 sq ft w/ 3 bedrooms, 1 bath w/ dual sinks & tub/shower combo, family room, eat-in kitchen, laundry, 2 work spaces & bonus rm. Plus a large private back yard and deck. Enough space for the entire family.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
